Man you are seriously crazy!!!! One of the fastest teppanyaki chef's i've seen hands down!!! Gotta give it to ya man. Im a teppan chef too but im only startin, been doin it for 6 months :) i'll show u some vids of mine when i get em recorded and posted here, but i got 1 vid of my boss juggling shakers that are on fire!

nice show, i am from the Hibachi Japanese Steakhouses in West Virginia. it is the same company as the one your at in Fort Collins.
our shows are similar. i trained at the Hibachi in Charleston, West Virginia in 1998 and 1999. Do you know any of the chefs from here? I knew a kid named Rusty who went to Fort Collins with dad -they are Laotion -do you know them??
