First be educated. They train their dog to pull. They don't just throw a dog on the track attached to the weight cart with a few tons of weight to pull... 98% of people who are active in this sport (me being one of them) start training their pups with just the harness, then a milk jug or something simular.
This is plain lazyness! Walk you dogs for god sakes! You don't make them pull weights, they aren't effing cows! This is plain wrong. They are gonna have serious back/bone difficulties as they grow older! Shame on these people!
This is actually very good exercise and it expels a lot of energy. If you have a dog with a ton of energy, this is a really good option, and the dogs LOVE IT!!!
