I have been on the path of non-duality for a year now. I recently began reading a book I was led to called "Living on Love, The Messenger" When Matt says to 'send Love' and the book tells me to see a 'light growing', ect, I can't seem to do it. I have troubles with such an abstract 'thought' or direction. Does anyone have suggestions for improving your ability to 'envision' things in their head?

@specialeeffexx I was walking "the pathless path" before meeting Matt. After some sessions with him, I am now LIVING LOVE AND EMOTIONAL FREEDOM!!! It is really something to have a direct experience, VS. reading about it and knowing it conceptually in the head. Matt's different from other teachers in that he's a full blown intuitive. Instead of just telling you more concepts, he FEELS EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE AT, and gives you only what is needed for YOUR JOURNEY! It's amazing. Love for you==Jenna
