Your whole example about "persecution" and "Marchall Law" of Jews in 1839. The Egyptians had control of Palestine, and the British tried to expel Egyptian rule in Syria and Jordan. The Ottomans attacked later, eventually pushing Egyptians out. You're circumstances were not normal. Jews under Muslim rule were not consistently persecuted in this way.
