Due to lack of western brands here, i will say that eastern is pretty good

Yeah, there is this restaurant in my city with Baltika beers and some of them are fairly tasty.

Nothing, IMO, beats Kapuziner Hefe-Weizen, Aventinus Doppelbock, Valeir Extra, Orval, and other great Belgian and German brands.

The lack of western brands in the east probably has a lot more to do with licensing than quality but I could be wrong.

That's how it is with places that can't get certain brands here in the U.S.
