i think that this double standard is puts responsibility on women for stopping men from having sex with them, which just contributes to rape culture.
a lot of the things you talk about are rationalizations for the double standard, but they aren't the real reasons. it contributes to the other ideologies that ensure a women's autonomy and sexuality cannot coexist, and suggest a woman's true purpose is to be beautiful, marry a man, and live a life of unpaid childcare that our economy relies upon.

I have no doubt that biology inclines a man (AND A WOMAN) to sleep around, but we also have the ability to acknowledge the consequences and exercise self-control. You need to research and talk to professionals before posting this because I have been around for a long time and learned real facts to so called real myth about the female genital area and so called loose to tighness to several other things. It is really too LONG to list here but unless you study the way a male works and a female works you can NOT give facts.
But I will give you a few things I have not only learned from being in a class for Certified Midwife but also from Drs.

From a biological perspective, yes it is desirable for men to impregnate as many women as possible, thereby ensuring a happy gene pool for the next generation. And while many of your observations about men following this imperative are OFTEN true, do kindly keep in mind that there are us weirdos out here who don't. As for the loose vagina issue, Kegel exercises and help keep looseness from occurring; and the looseness depends more on the size of bodies entering than the sheer number

I really kinda love you, just had to get that out there. As for the theory that more partners equates to a looser vagina- there is a big gap in that logic. More partners does not mean more sex. I could've had sex with 30 men one time each, or 1 man 400 times...the amount of sex had is not correlated to the amount of partners. Still interesting. And as much as the slut shaming of women bothers me, I do see reason and purpose behind it. Your theory of carrying on our DNA being one of the reasons.

well its more of a genetic mental make up that creates the male brain.
throughout evolution men are mentally wired to want to have their spouse to themselves as way to insure that their genetics go on, insted of some other male impregnating their spouse and end up not having their line continue. and if their spouse has many partners this becomes a lot less unsure to happen. you call it double standard, i call it evolutionary developmental instinct. not my opinion, just what i learned in school.

I'm all for women more readily having sex, but it's not a double standard. If a key opens lots of locks, it's a master key. But if a lock is opened by lots of keys, then it's a shitty lock. There are double standards. Get over it. Plenty work in your favor. A woman can be weak if she chooses, no one is going to call her less of a woman. A man has to be strong twenty four hours a day, be able to handle crises ranging everywhere from killing spiders to physical protection. Sexually, men "carry more responsibility". We will eventually orgasm even w/BAD sex, women, not so much. So logically, men having more experience makes sense. women go on about double standards but then slander a guy who "didnt know what he was doing". Also, "tight v's" -- same ballpark as "big d's" physically speaking. idk how i feel about this idea that unfeeling sex is somehow superior sex to the point where women seek to imitate and integrate that idea. i feel like both versions of sex can exist but the giving more importance to loveless sex can cause some complications especially among the younger generations. it devalues emotion among both boys and girls and emphasizes the physical over emotional. however, it isn't until they're older where they, hopefully, learn about intimacy and its benefits :(

I agree with all your points, except one. Men who sleep with a lot of women actually deserve more credit for their accomplishment than a woman who has slept with a number of men. Sleeping with women is DIFFICULT. Sleeping with men is easy. Not that a woman shouldn't be able to sleep with whomever she likes or as many men as she likes, but let's not kid ourselves. Men suck each other off anonymously in airport bathrooms. Our standards just aren't the same.
