hes not holding the pedal till the center reel comes down  also small reels the 1 i drive at work he reels twice as long

i frist watched this video and thought the machine malfunctioned or the driver was a retard.....but now i think that they are using the triplex to replicate the cut of a single reel walk behind in the green.

Im sure you see that the center reel does not come down? I have used it and it is very nice
