There's an ICS launcher in the android market..Also an ICS icon pack.I'm not sure if its as good as the official 1 but its better than nothing.You can also install CM9 and get trebuchet launcher(based on ics) but you will need to root ur phone for this option which is a lil risky.

I followed this guide, but on the homescreen, when I flip through the pages, it's a bit laggy most of the times. Also, the wallpaper is ALWAYS laggy, it takes like 1 whole second to follow when I flip a page. I don't experience any lag on the applications drawer.

Also, when I'm on a menu of some sort (example: settings) and I flip down or up, it lags a bit as well. Did I flash it wrong or something?

can't remove touchwiz because the touchwiz is specially designed for manual home button key styles. Nexus one is full touch phone. In ICS the home key is included as touch.

Two things:

1) Can you please change the wallpaper to something else in the next video? I've always felt that wallpaper is quite ugly looking and it directly affects my enthusiasm for the update

2) Is it possible to have the option of having a consistent Google Search bar on the top of the home screen like on the Galaxy Nexus? I personally really liked that feature.

Es hat mal eben ein Viertel weniger RAM, DUAL-Band (statt Quad-Band, haha Retro was? :P), grade mal 4GB internen Speicher (würde nicht mal für meine halbe Musik reichen, geschweige denn Navi, Musik, Spiele UND Filme...), VoIP geht mal gar nicht (keine integrierten Protokolle), UPnP? TV-Out? NOPE und niente. HSDPA 2/3 so schnell. Noch Fragen?

@schalkerbub92 Der Adreno 220 mag zwar etwas besser sein als der Mali 400MP, das sollte aber nicht wirklich ins Gewicht fallen, da derzeit nichts absolut forderndes fürs S II gibt. Und Touchwiz... da sag ich mal nichts zu - ich benutze 2.3.4 mit Custom Oberfläche. Läuft super.

In my opinion the OS is the primary reason to buy an Android Phone over an iPhone. iOS is too restrictive for me, I want to be able to install an app from wherever I want and I am happy with being able to customise my homescreens with widgets. Furthermore, I think it's not okay how Apple just doesn't allow apps into the store if they collide with their interests (eg bitesms).

The only reasons for iOS are Siri and maybe iTunes.

NEVER!!! just keep in mind idiots that this is NOT the FINAL version of TW for ICS.. those are still leaks, and according to the latest information Samsung should release ICS officialy in Q1 2012.. that means 2 (two) more months to go.. everything can change by then..I would rather have a stable ICS rom with good ol' TW 4 than unstable one with newer TW
