He doesn't care about quality, just quantity. The more videos he uploads, with his thousands of subscribers he's guaranteed tens of thousands of views on each video. What does this mean for him? Money, money, money. He just snatches any video off the internet that he sees is a possible "fail" and uploads it to his account.
