I went to your link and managed to watch and here the entire Ballad. It was marvelous. This is a tribute to both song and film, so I cannot understand the restrictions...especially since both are out there. Anyway...great job. 5 stars.

Why not use the original audio from Nimoy's song? BTW re: Vespa, Spaced Out was just a compilation. Nimoy recorded about 4 albums in the late 60s-early 70s, as did Shatner, and that's where that material came from. It was definitely Nimoy. He wrote poetry books too.

There's been debate about whether or not it was actually Leonard Nimoy in that song. The truth be told Nimoy along with Shatner both did an entire album called spaced out and it wasn't just look alikes they were the real deal.
