And my family are from fiji It's difficult to track down generations previously because they used to be false names on the forms to be taken on for work , also some couldnt write english so the white people used to just make up a name for them and put it on the form. However, considering the wide spread destruction (both human and environmental) that the European empires have caused leads one to question what it is about caucasians that causes them to encounter others with difference and instead of viewing them as different and equal they assume superiority. It's heartbreaking reading about what my family went through. Hearing eye-witness accounts and see visualisations is worse.
