@kenzoz26 depends what board but, in general, the closer your feet are to the trucks, the easier is will be to rotate the board

@chrisjd96 but sometimes its easier to slide if ur feet aren't near the trucks because there is less weight on the wheels which means less grip

@FigeonBoarding there will always be the same amount of weight on the trucks if your feet are in the middle of the board or right over the trucks, your weight can only be transferred to the ground through the trucks and wheels no matter your foot placement, your weight can only we shifted forward or backward to make slides easier. In my experience having my feet closer to the trucks allows for more leverage making slides easier, but that's just my opinion.
