@gauthamlingampally : According to its label, it's an MFA 457-RE385 and takes 6 to 15 volts. All I have to go by is a 3-year-old photo, since my brother got rid of it about that long ago.

does the 12 volt motor control it's eco - wash and rinse cycle

Nah, the motor's controlled only by the computer. The buttons on the front of the washer were connected to a circuit board inside the washer, but we totally disconnected that circuit board and made the computer only control the new motor. So any controls on the washer's body do nothing at all any more. -_-

how the computer knows the cycle of the wash (as on the computer) there is a program called "COMMAND PROMPT" Witch u enter it's line and they had a cable going from the Circuit Board Straight 2 the USB Where the computer reads what's happening & u can control it from the computer

@dawnhill1967: Actually, the communication from the computer is one-way only. The computer is in full control of the machine and the cycle is controlled by a program running on the computer.

I'm not sure what you mean. This is a very basic program e Everything is run by timers on the computer, and there's no feedback. The computer doesn't know what is happening with the washing machine other than what it is telling the machine to do. Nothing you can do with the washing machine will change what the program knows or does.
