The only reason why Onel De guzman were tracked for sending his Virus (Iloveu virus) is he used his own e-mail and upload it to his own computer or someones computer which is private.

If he only upload that virus from the Public computer just like internet cafe's it would be not too easy to tack him down.

The first link has the code, but if you have an Antivirus like Eset Smart Security 4, it might block the webpage as soon as you open it, the 2nd webpage is a broken link, while the third has no code or anything!!!

So what you do is open the 1st link, if you have ESET, then disable it, that way you will be able to view the webpage... Although I wonder why he didn't put the code in description since he could have just copy paste it from that website!!!?

here is why its not a threat:

-most people have an av

-restoring your computer after you run it is simple and fast

-because few use outlook express nowadays, it wont spread

-check up the sites at norton and you will find they dont contain malware on the linked pages.

-i have made a video of me visiting those pages, and i didnt get infected.

it can be a threat as certain viruses ( such as specific worms) block antiviruses before they can be used to prevent the spread of the virus to other files.

some viruses block the entry to the restore computer window making it unable to access. AND BTW, i searched this video as im learning to program viruses. (not copying links)
