Britney ALWAYS sings live! But she has ALWAYS a backing track too. And sometimes the backing track is 20% and her live singing is 80% and sometimes contrariwise. But she has always the mic on. Like on the circus tour, she has the mic on with 20% but she lipsync. But she can sing, if she wants to. And thats it!

@pablodela41 I think she had more self confidence back then, her body has changed, she has gone through a lot, identifies with her music less maybe, seems generally less passionate and it shows now in her performances

She is a paid performer who demands near on $300 per concert ticket, so why is it so unreasonable for people to expect her to put a little more work into her performances than she does these days? Either dance full out, or SING LIVE instead of lip syncing. I love Britney's music, I've been a huge Britney fan since day 1, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna spend that much on a concert ticket to see medeocre performance.

To people who say she's lipsyncing, she;s not. You can kind of hear her voice in the beginning if you listen carefully and the music is really loud over her voice. And it doesn't matter, becuz look at her energy, dancing and full stage presence. No artists can perform like this except for Michael. PLease don't say Gaga, she can't.Yes she has a good stage presence, but not as high as Britney's when she was in her prime. Britney ALWAYS sings live! But she has ALWAYS a backing track too. And sometimes the backing track is 20% and her live singing is 80% and sometimes contrariwise. But she has always the mic on. Like on the circus tour, she has the mic on with 20% but she lipsync. But she can sing, if she wants to. And thats it!
