  • for that "male cleavage" id alot of heavy presses either barbell or dumbbell so that means 6 to 8 reps and make sure your doing presses on different angels not just flat so through in some decline and incline in your chest routine hope this helps.

  • I'm looking to get my middle chest area more defined. I want the sternum area ripped and more protruding. I don't know what you call that area? Male cleavage? Whatever it is what can I do for that?

  • I couldn't have you as a PT - I wouldn't be able to concentrate on my workout! haha...

  • for the shoulder definition it comes alot with having low body fat and keeping a really balanced training program, keep following me and subscribe to ripped training
