for that "male cleavage" id alot of heavy presses either barbell or dumbbell so that means 6 to 8 reps and make sure your doing presses on different angels not just flat so through in some decline and incline in your chest routine hope this helps.
I'm looking to get my middle chest area more defined. I want the sternum area ripped and more protruding. I don't know what you call that area? Male cleavage? Whatever it is what can I do for that?
