My favourite Hanna-Barbera's are: 1. Scooby Doo 2. Tom and Jerry 3. The Flintstones 4. The Powerpuff Girls 5. The Jetsons 6. Johnny Bravo 7. Dexter's Labratory 8. Top Cat 9. Addams Family 10. Fantastic Four And also The Harlem Globetrotters(I really liked that they were guests at a Scooby Doo show!)
I heard there going to change the ride again to a Despicable Me ride, but I think Hannah and Barbara was the best because it seemed more timeless. And I had no idea they animated Charlotte's web, one of the movie's I grew up with.
If E.B. White hated Charlotte's Web, Then It's a good thing he died in 1985, before Stuart Little was released in 1999. He would have hated that movie even more!
@realar I know, If a book I wrote was made into a movie (especially an animated musical version) I would be AMAZED! In fact I'm in the process of writing a book right now, and it's my DREAM to see it made in an animated movie! (Hopefully by Disney, but if any studio did it in the disney-style like Charlotte's Web was done, I'd be ok with that.)
I look forward to you doing a Lookback at, wait for it, wait for it, FILMATION.
Sure they did some Live Action somewhere in the 70's, but they did do cartoons as well. He-Man & She-Ra, Original Ghostbusters, Mission Magic, you get the idea.
okay so hanna barbera and warner brothers eventually merge? two rivals become one? and now all they make is loads of shitty cartoons?!?! WWWHHHHHYYYY?!?!?!
and Also, Awesome that you brought up Charolette's Web! I love that Movie, I don't care what E.B. White, and his wife said, it's was a good movie, so as the Sequel! :).
Another good Lookback. Also, when you accidentally broke the Charlotte's Web poster, that caught me offguard, and caused a bit of an LOL. Good show, sir.
Thank you for finally talking about Charlotte's Web. I knew you'd talk about it, & it was a wise choice of you to make it an honorary mention! That movie means a lot to me, as it is a childhood classic!
Also, I think that #1 choice of yours is a worthy pick!
i went to the one at moa. two years later nick bought it and everything sucked except for the rides they didn't change (which was about two or 4) they either got rid of everything, or slapped a nick character"s face on it. they also got rid of the Hanna-Barbera thing (which happened to be one of my favorite rides) that is one reason i really don't like nick anymore
THANK YOU YOGI!!! We you were about to end I kept shouting at the moniter, "DUDE!! YOU FORGOT 'CHARLOTTE'S WEB'!!!" But anyway great lookback! I absolutely positively can not WAIT for the next lookback!! 8DDDD
It was a real treat watching this lookback, I apologize for not commenting on part four ^^; Most of those shows I grew up with, but the only one I actually enjoyed and still do to this day was the Powerpuff Girls.
Hannah-Barbera has definetley made some of the best cartoons to dute, even out weighing Disney. I loved how Yogi gave you call. Was that you doing all the voiceovers?
Great Lookback, Animat! The part where Yogi finally gets revenge on the ranger was epic. I'm looking forward to seeing Animation Lookback: Don Bluth and Gary Goldman!
I actually saw the ride at King's island (which if you don't know is in Ohio)
