For me, this is her best one. I was 15 when this was a small hit in Holland, where I live. Too bad there's no video for this song. Mari Wilson is one of the few singers of the 1980's, together with Kim Wilde, Virginia Astley and Sade, that I still hold in very high esteem, even after all these years.

Mari has a great voice. I remember her 'Sight and Sound' live performance in early 1983, along with that male trio of backing singers: Hank, Kurt and Wilbur.

The first few seconds of this song's opening sounds a little like 'A Town called Malice' by 'The Jam'

Mari was wonderful in Bilston on Thursday night. A small intimate gig and just what was needed on a windswept october evening. She sang better than ever and chatted to people after the show. She was really lovely....Mari is still a great artist. It's a shame that UK radio only plays a very narrow selection of music. Mari's new album is great, but will it get any exposure...it's criminal.
