I'm gonna attempt to decipher the lyrics. Since of lot of these swedish melodic metal bands use poetry like lyrics it can be hard to grasp the meaning, at least for me.

Anyways, I think this song is about someone making their own choice in life, deciding to follow their heart and doing what you want instead of what others tell you. He then states at around 2:45 that it was the best decision of his life and he is stronger than before.

I can relate to this song. Thank you Soilwork

Er hat auch eine extrem Kraftvolle, wuchtig geniale Stimme.

Vor allem nach 1:38 legt Björn erst so richtig los.

Beachtenswert ist auch das der Typ gerade mal 31 Jahre alt ist und schon seit fast 16 Jahren bei der Band ist. Es gibt auch große Unterschiede zwischen den harten, alten Melodic Death Metal Scheiben, den moderneren, härteren Scheiben (Natural Born Chaos 2002) und den neuen genremäßig eher Alternative Metal Scheiben.

Ungefähr wie bei "In Flames". Ich find alles geil.

I totally agree with Skatelove2008 and Winstonwolf14. Bands like Soilwork make the most great music and are extremely skilled, but it is a shame that there are alot of people who don´t see how great it is. When they hear screaming they say: uuuurrgghhh, the only thing they are doing is screaming and smashing on the guitar. And that´s why music like Soilwork never will get the stardom they deserve, like Winstonwolf14 said before.

Personally I'm glad they are NOWHERE NEAR mainstream. I'd hate for the attention to draw them away from what inspires/pisses them off. Keeps them genuine plus I HATE when I like an otherwise "underground" band that gets popular then I have to listen to all these posers talk about how "metal" they are 6 months after Metallica's Black album came out or when NIN released The Downwad Spirial you couldn't find a vehicle without the NIN sticker. People who wait til it's "safe" to like something.

No matter what we do, this band will never reach the stardom they deserve. It'll continue to be given to shitty, generic garbage that flood the radios. As for the song, it's my favorite on Stabbing The Drama along with Nerve and Weapon of Vanity.
