Marc's a fantastic guitarist, but I do not like his playing of van Morrison's gentle and smooth love song as if Marc had a chain saw in his hands. Snapping and slapping the strings, throwing in two-'n-a-half-tone slides, and generally assaulting the song makes it sound tedious and cumbersome; and I would think that the recipient of this kind of love would say, "ooh, that's mean." My comment has nothing to do with talent and everything thing to do with interpretation. Sorry.
