@Kitemasterify This is the European version. For many years, the Ninja Turtles were known as the "Hero Turtles" there due to local standards that decided that "ninja" was too violent of a word.

Sadly, I don't have the game Dave. Just the turtles in time remake, I played it, but it's not the same. They took out combo finishers too, I don't know why though.

I´m assuming you game the pal version since of the "hero" in the title... it´s odd really.. here in Sweden we had the same version, actually the entire Europe had it! Also, I saw this coming when rechecking the list of the games... you really had the Turtles on your mind back then eh? X)

Oh it is. I'm playing this on my PC. I'm using a USB adapter that can connect to PSX controllers. They have others for different controllers as well.

I beat this game in my PSP, and I used game genie codes in this game, and I used invincibility and infinite lives, that did come in handy to me. I beat this game in hard mode for the first time!

Leo's my favorite...too!!! You actually get the good ending with the hard mode. Hate those damn blocker foot soldiers I have to use the shoulder block to help me throw them at the screen which I hate hardest time doing.

hey, i just wanted to apologize, for my h.h. comment; you know, about you just using that damn slide...well, yeah, i recently played it and i see why you use it so much now. the controls suck! i cant figure out the smashy smashy thing or how to throw them. it seems as if it does it randomly, unlike the snes which you had a set motion on how to do it...

i love this game. its much better than hyperstone heist...not that i have that. i basically watched your run of h.h. so i could see what it was like. the only thing i think h.h. has better is the turtle's animations. but the snes had more fun factor.

so, if you try your hardest, on hard, 7 rest,

how many times do you die? how many continues

do you use? I die about once, maybe twice. No

continues. No cheats.

I think I usually use 1 continue when I go all out on hard. Max rest's of course too...

Here in Germany they were the Hero Turtles. I think in the UK too since Germany used the UK Version and overdubbed it.

I think it's because in certain parts of Europe, 'ninja' is slang for something naughty.

I don't have anything to play it on, & I couldn't afford one. I think it got thrown out when either my brother got a playstation, or when we moved. Oh so many games I used to play back then, gone forever! =(
