@buzzy0016 Yeah man definitely! Yeah we hate how it's all for the money now instead of just for the love of hip hop. Yeah we want money but were not gonna sell our souls just to make some extra money
playing* dumbed down music. When you're in the club, the lyrics don't matter, it's mainly about the beat with some catchy lyrics (catchy is being redefined often and it sometimes is quite ridiciulous). I just lost my train of thought, so that's all I have to say at the moment.
Cool intro. I don't feel like typing a lot, so I'ma just use a simple point. "Real music" is out there, you just have to look harder now cause obviously it's all about the money right now. That's what the consumer's are demanding. You named 3 great rappers, but it was even bigger than them. Hip-Hop was a movement in the 80s and 90s, but even at those times there was dance music and what not. It's just now Rap is portrayed by television, Youtube, iTunes, radio and those are all 95% showing dumbed
@SouthsideTXRep yeah haha I really meant like the rappers who sell themselves out when they arent really club artists, but I see no prob in anyone just making a club song or two, I have been going hip pop, so I like songs that are club friendly as well
good rap
