I DO also (they would have acknowledged themselves) say see=PRE-punk influence of the Stooges..both in these punks wanna bein' the kinda dogs that those guys were (they put out their crude rifferamas into late 60s sound era that was emphasizing=Summer of Love/mind expansion/flowers in ones hair/love..than the flipside Summer of Altamont/Manson driven to kill by Beatles album!/addicted ODing& primal obsessiveness/prowling the streetsRemember Search & Destroy was a Vietnam era war term first! ;^)
