BTW, I go for his 'regular' stuff, as well as the 'far out' wear, Does anyone know if he ever did costumes for film/stage? I know he did for "Too Funky", but anything else?

I loved seeing Carmen Dell'Orefice in this video. She was on the cover of Vogue at age 15 in 1946 and is still going strong. If YSL was serious couture, then I guess it would be politically correct say that Thierry Mugler was serious fantasy . . his dresses were exquisitely cut, sewn, finished and executed. The Chimaeria Incomparabilis outfit was a culmination of all his talent and skills a true Parisian couturier.
