Contact HO Sports at 800-938-4040 and they will put you in touch with the WakeKite Brand Manager, Dan Meyers, and he will walk you through the easy adjustment to your handle that will solve this issue. I had the same problem, and it was very easy to fix. No problems since.

Ive been having problems with the release on the handle.. the white little ball comes off when launching...any ideas??

Problems with the white ball popping loose? I had this too, and I contacted the mfg., and they helped me make an adjustment - took only a couple minutes and I was all set. Very easy to do, just contact HO Sports, or better yet, the WakeKite manager who I s/w: Dan Meyers at his cell #, which HO will give you. Call HO at 800-938-4040.
