@Ceag840 There's an audio diary (I think it's in part one) of Tenenbaum saying that she returned to Rapture after she heard that girls from around the world were disappearing near the ocean. She feared someone was continuing to produce Little Sisters.

8:39-9:22 I liked that. It gives an element that Delta is reflecting on how he could've saved Eleanor. Almost like he's questioning whether he was a formidable guardian for Eleanor, or if he should've guarded her better like the Big Daddy inside. Either that, or he's nostalgic for the days when Eleanor was just a little sister.

@gfffffzx watch a few bioshock 1 videos, but basically its about a city (rapture) built underwater to get away from the laws against controversial experiments, one of which allowed ppl to modify their DNA and give themselves superpowers. But ppl became addicted to the drug that did it and a huge rampage broke out with everyone killing each other. in the first game you were an unlucky passerby who 'stumbled' upon rapture, in this one you are a little sister defender called a 'big daddy'.
