When a reputable engine builder like E.E. sends you an engine ready to install,what is the crew chief supposed to do? Tear the engine back down and measure bore,stroke,etc? NOT! The engine builder knows the proper specs and should be held responsible,not a part time racer like Carl long.

i was pissed when nascar denied the appeal cause he doesnt need a big huge fine like that cause hes been struggling to make races and hes a low funded driver
