cause he was wave dashing. you have more chance of luckily blocking or parrying low moves. But some people have really fast reaction and good mind-guessing due to experience.

they just dont do combo that deal the best damage. they want to keep the opponent as close to them as possible. That way, they always in control.

Agh, Bruce could won that! That last b+2 was just a tad late, he probably just wanted to overcompensate with an elongated dash. Oki would have won it, I think. That last round, I don't know WHAT Bruce was doing. Scared of leedy, I guess. I don't blame him.
