OK so heres a trick. Somebody try to dual boot windows vista red and linux and then find a way to dual boot mac inside windows 7 vista. so it would be like mac inside windows which is inside linux. It is the ultimate nerds task. You guys may all think im a douche but that would look pretty BAMF. Making linux a cube and then inside one of the sides of that cube have another cube or a cylinder.

Tisk, tisk. You see, linux is advanced enough, and functional enough, to work properly, have amazing usability and STILL have great eyecandy.

Windoze, on the other hand, seems to be focussing on ripping off linux effects and making mediocre eyecandy while their OS is still a piece of crap. i say they should first try to not be so crappy (like that will ever happen lol) and THEN try to make it look nice.

dumbass(first off I know linux,I'm an Ubuntu geek myself).....cubedesktop and it's effects is not made by Microsoft,so they didn't foccuss any resources and time on such eye candy,while Ubuntu's(and other distros for that matter) have tons of resources allocated to improving and adapting Compiz fusion.....I personaly use a dual boot,as both systems have their advantages

does it let you customize each desktop with specific files, folders, etc. or only change the background of each one and control all files, folders, etc. as if they were on the same desktop? (example: change the location of one file on one desktop and it moves on the other...so deleting one shortcut link on one desktop deletes the other or adding something to one desktop adds it to all)

if it is actually multiple and not copies of one - can you still use the 'align to grid' w/o messing it up?
