Peter9style: she wasn't going slow though it may look like it, there is a car behind her going the same speed as her but as the black car goes flying past her he then couldn't make the corner and hit her. The black car was just going too fast for the rain conditions while Melanie was at a good rate for those conditions which is why it looked as though she was going slow

Porsche did a great job with the video Melanie did what she could do, someone else locking brakes up in the rain taking her out sucks.

By the way, she was an ALMS champion in 2009 and an IMSA champion. She won two championships in the same year!!

Hmmm Melanie is not an American Le Mans Series Champion. She was a GT3 Challenge Champion. Amateur series. Thought Porsche would get that right! Too bad she only took 2 corners. What a shame.
