  • ssc you need to hire professional car designers who do clay modelling, otherwise it looks amateurish, no matter how many hp it`s got.

  • What still gets me is the Veyron SS has a bigger engine with more everything; cylinders, boost, compression, camshafts, valves,... yet it makes almost 90 less HP than the Aero.

  • Anyway flat out, it last 7 min lollollol so porsche, bmw etc a way more enjoyable

  • A real pro talking lol. But damn it s ugly!! It look like they just mixed different car like lambo, saleen and they still messed up the front

  • @Nick718BkLyN But is is faster than the Bugatti Veyron Supersport?

  • @Nick718BkLyN I don't like the bugatti either, it's ugly. I like a lot of American cars, just not this one.

  • it looks cheap .. and its ugly sry america the style contest u didnt win

  • Oh and when you take into consideration the car will depreciate faster than a handful of burning 50 dollar notes, ignore the zero originality and heritage, and poor build quality with mismatched panel gaps, I'm sure half of europe is queing up to purchase one of these bad boys.

  • Its got F1/enzo doors, the rear is styled from a koenisegg, the side from a lambo diablo, the front from a honda, the interior luxury from a malaysian hatchback, a chevy v8 and the space frame from a lamborghini kit car, momo steering wheel, recaro bucket seats, and dials from halfords, but apart from that, wonderful.

  • so this car awned the bugatti veyron??

  • @Halodominator12 not realy removed the limiter on your veyron and you faster on everything.

  • the car will compete and then once race finishes it will fall apart.

  • @hashimotto Well, that statement dispels the myth that all of you are smart...

  • nice america,.. you finaly made worth mensoning car!!!

  • @jetfighters20fr: Yes, that we did. But guess what? The 2nd best car we produced is this one; and it's the FASTEST street legal car ever.

  • @erpuzzetta01 its not the fastest, but still,.. congrats,..

  • @erpuzzetta01 the fastest street legal car is a tuned car with 1400 HP

  • @Janniy97: Really? What's the name of it? I'm sure the newer version of the SSC has 2,400 HP. I seen that on a facts website about cars. Sorry if I'm wrong.

  • @erpuzzetta01 No, its got 1200 i think but its just really light

  • @edtri19: Ahh, sorry. That was my misinception.

  • @erpuzzetta01 well i think that sites wrong because it is no way gonna have 2400hp

  • looks like eagle wing doors haha but sick

  • ROFL " Let me show you how the doors open up, its kind of unique... you've probably seen it before a lot of people call it the lambo doors.."

do the majority of yanks just act stupid, or are they just plain dumb? thats a god dam lambo door I don't care if it's slightly tweaked

  • @LiquidMetalBath1 well no shit the only difference is where the door handle is located you just find the dumb ones out the group i noticed the handle difference immeadeatly but it is a lambo door

  • @LiquidMetalBath1 it is not a "lambo door" those open straight up, this car has unique hinges.

  • @Janusha @V8Supercar1 STOP TROLLING! BOTH OF YOU! aargh your like two hippies on methadrone.

  • this guy has his facts all wrong. disappointing that they mislead people into thinking its faster than veyron ss.

  • @xPMAxGuardian , Hey thanks budy!

  • Slalom and sheer speed mean nothing to bragging rights. Modded vehicles have reached 250mph in a mile, topspeed in excess of 300mph. The same novice modded vehicles have over 80mph at the slalom.

The only thing which separates hyped up cars like SSC and modded cars is money. Whether you have 100million to make 100 such cars or just 100k to mod only one....

  • @ASSHOLELA: "Slalom and sheer speed mean nothing to bragging rights. Modded vehicles have reached 250mph in a mile, topspeed in excess of 300mph. The same novice modded vehicles have over 80mph at the slalom."

And do those same "modded vehicles" have the exotic looks? Do they have as nice of an interior? Are they endurance tested? Can they go around a track without looking like they are falling apart? You just dont get the same great quality you get with a production car in a modded car.

  • @V8Supercar1

exatcly like i said. mods perform as well as supercars, without the extotic looks, interior and endurance tests. All these come from money. If u had money to change ur modded car's interior and bodyworks, to runa thousand tests in antarctica and death valley, you get a supercar. If u had 10 million and ur own team to make the bodywork of a modded supra look nice, , add luxury interior, run tests, fine tune this, fine tune that, you get bugatti veyron.

  • Like the new Cadillac CTS-V. They are claiming BMW M5 performance. But did they do relentless testing, research and development to produce a real BMW contender... or did they just go out to the shed and get the same old Corvette engine as seen in soon every single american performance vehicle.

Reviewers said: "The performance is certainly there with its Corvette engine. Now all they need is customers that dont mind the overwhelming smell of squeeky plastic as you enter the cabin"

  • @Janusha: Whats the point of complaining about plastic in a 50 thousand dollar car, when there are more expensive and less performing mercedes and BMWs out there with plastic in them as well?

  • @V8Supercar1

Nothing wrong with plastic in itself... Its durable and light but its not synonomous with quality is it. Its the general lack of giving a shit. The idea that claiming BMW performance instead of doing it which makes it silly. Why not buy a 90s BMW instead of something pretending to be one.

  • @Janusha: Ofcourse there isnt. There is only something wrong with plastic when its in an american car right? The CTS-V's interior offer a lot of high quality material as well, and not just plastic. Claiming BMW performance?????? The CTS-V has surpassed BMW performance. Braking, 0 to 60, lap times, lateral G. You name it.

  • Here is a performance figure for you... They aim at maintaining 30 staff selling 2000 cars in all of europe. They only managed 20 in all of Britain. Thats 20 cars for 60 million people. Im not saying its shit. I dont really care whats quicker or what plastic squeeks the most. I just find this american idea of world dominance so hillarious.

  • @Janusha: What the hell does sales figures have to do with performance? How stupid can you be? The CTS-V outperformes the m5 in acutal REAL PERFORMANCE. And secondly, GM nor any other american car company ever claimed world dominace. I mean seriously, get your head out of your ass. Sales cannot be used to tell how good a car is. If this is the case. Then the Ford F150, and the Toyota Camry are the greatest vehicles of all time.

  • Hahaha. If a car is good, it will sell. If they suck. They will die like every single american car company. Are you STILL going to deny that ? Pontiac died only last month. They didnt mention a single word about making the wrong cars for decades with led to its demise. They always conjour up a list of other excuses.

  • @Janusha: Actually they do sell. Just because they dont sell in your country of choice doesnt make it a bad car. What lead to the demise of Pontiac was the economy. Auto sales all across this country was down. And that goes for american. japaneese, and german cars here. So does that mean that the german and japaneese cars here all of a suddenly turned into bad low quality cars?? Or are you just a biased ignorant prick?? I think my second question is the correct question.

  • The economy... The bad economy happens everywhere. Like you say. All car sales are down... But isnt it strange how ONLY american companies die.

Search on the net for the most popular cars in USA this year and see how many are american built. Again.. This isnt ME saying american cars are shit. The statistics do that perfectly well themselves. Denying it and waving flags doesnt change that. I dont care about your cars, good or bad. I just find it hillarious how you can keep denying it.

  • @Janusha: " But isnt it strange how ONLY american companies die." Once again you are wrong. Pontiac was a subsidiary of GM. There is actually a difference. I'm not gonna sit here and argue about sales with you considering that the best cars in this world dont sell better than the worst. If american cars are so bad in your eyes, then how in the world have they lasted so many decades???? Why is it that they only have trouble when the economy went down hill? For once give me a decent answer.

  • @Janusha: "Search on the net for the most popular cars in USA this year and see how many are american built. Again.. This isnt ME saying american cars are shit."

Actually the best selling cars companies here in the U.S. is Ford #1 and Chevy #2. Last time I checked neither one of these companies are Japanese.

  • @V8Supercar1 ford is #1 because of its world wide contributors mainly u.s. and europe also a bit of auzzie GO THE FALCON!! so its not just an american car company anymore its become something much more. plus chevy has always been stumbling in ford's distant shadow so thats probs why its 2nd. but also with many americans (i know a few) they are really patriotic and have a distaste for anything foriegn and that could be whysubaru, toyota and the likes are not at the top. but thats my opinion.

  • How american cars lasted so many decades? Back in the 50-60s they really tried to make quality products. Somewhere along the line it got replaced by shameless profiteering and bland cater-for-all rubbish cars. There has never been a tradition for criticisng cars in USA. The total lack of free motor press has allowed them to lower standards for decades and get away with selling the same tech over and over again by simply sprinkling them with patriotism. When there was a fuel crisis -

  • People wanted smaller cars. USA didnt make them and still dont. Even now when the most patriotic rednecks switch to foreign, smaller, more efficent cars. The same is true today. In the middle of this crisis, USA still refuses to conform to what people actually buy. We havent bought american in Europe for decades so it was less of a shock over here when your car companies died.. The steady sales of trucks in USA has carried your car business way past its sell-by-date until it finally collapsed.

  • Comment removed

  • Also you americans need to stop claiming Ford as american cars. Ford England and Ford Germany went together in the 60s to form Ford Europe. Their cars have since then been funded, designed, built, marketed and sold entirely without american influence. As far as I can tell they only share dealerships with american Ford. Ford Fiesta, Focus, C-Max and so on are NOT american products. As for top 10 cars in USA this month. top6 were asian brands. Then 2 European Fords and finally 2 american pickups.

  • @V8Supercar1 if there was no ford usa i think ford everything else would have been called cosworth

  • @Janusha: "USA didnt make them and still dont"

Wow. Talk about not knowing anything at all about our Auto industry. The Chevy Cobalt, the Ford fiesta, the ford focus, and the Dodge Caliber are all small cars that sell really well here. More efficient? The Ford Fusion hybrid is the most fuel efficient hybrid out right now and at the same time giving you atleast 150hp.

  • They migth not have been started without Ford name in the 60s but have since been a totally seperate company. Which is why they produce VERY different cars than american Ford. Which is why american ford was struggling and was under bankruptcy protection while Euro Ford was doing fine. Euro Fords produce cars in line with what you would expect from Toyota and VW group. Smaller quality cars and MPVs. Ford Fiests might be new in USA today but has sold 12 million cars world wide since 1976.

  • The hatchback class of cars like we have around 25 of in Europe are only NOW welcome on the american market now that your own brands kinda died. Only in USA the Fiesta is sold with 5 doors... Which makes it pointless. But there was no way american size asses would fit between the seats so they added 2 more doors. Cobalt and Caliber... small cars ?? Compared to what. A truck? Also if you havent already understood... Ford Fiesta and Focus. Great cars. Because they were never american products...

  • @Janusha: You think that a cobalt and a Caliber is the size of a truck??? DO YOU HEAR THAT WORLD? THIS IDIOT THINKS THAT A CHEVY COBALT IS THE SIZE OF A TRUCK! I mean how obviously stupid can you be. And I'm still asking you for once respond to me with some sense of basic intelligence. But you just cant seem to do it.

  • Keep clinging to those straws and throwing those pebbles. Hope it works for you.

  • @Janusha: "smaller quality cars and MPVs. Ford Fiests might be new in USA today but has sold 12 million cars world wide since 1976."

Doesnt matter. Because like I said, they wouldnt even exist if it wasnt for Ford USA.

  • European Fords are Funded, designed, built, marketed and sold entirely without a single american hand at any point in time touching it or making a single dollar out of it. But that doesnt stop americans from claiming it as their own.. Haha you people. Aslong as you can look to the flag and feel good about being american. That 100% confidence in your own superiority that no amount of bankruptcies or squeeky plastic can shake. Aslong as you have your arrogance, actual facts become mere details.

  • Like todays Korean GMs. Made american by simply gluing on the GM logo. Claiming Tesla Roadster as an american product inorder to score tech funds from Obama and the state of California. Fisker Karma, Dodge Circuit, Hennessey Venom, Ford GT, AC Cobra... When will america build the real shit instead of claim others and serve lies.

  • @Janusha: "European Fords are Funded, designed, built, marketed and sold entirely without a single american hand at any point in time touching it or making a single dollar out of it."

And like I said, it wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Henry Ford/Ford USA.

  • You keep clinging onto your straws dude. If thats what you need.

  • @Janusha: I dont cling to straws. I actually do real research and use real information. I dont troll on fans videos of the car of their choice. LIKE YOU DO.

  • hahaha real research. And you didnt know Fiesta and Focus arent american cars. Hahaha USA never made hatchbacks. Infact its not just hypercars, supercars and hatchbacks you guys DONT make. Its GT cars, Sport Tourers, Sporty SUVs, infact youve kinda fallen completly out of the SUV market aswell havent you. Then there is Hatchbacks, Hothatches, Track cars, Sportscars and certainly no executives, compacts or superminis. What you make is a bland selection of mundane cater-for-all squeeky plastic.

  • Whats amazing is your firm belief in your own superiority simply for being american. Therefore best by default. Surely nobody can be better than USA at anything. Even in light of staggering evidence to the contraty. Do you think making silly points, trying to top me and wave flags on the internet will change the recent biblical scale failures and hundreds of thousands of jobs lost? GM alone left 90 !!!! Factories in Michigan and STILL you people are in desperate denial. Unable to see a problem.

  • @Janusha: "Whats amazing is your firm belief in your own superiority simply for being american."

I never said anything about american being superior. Whats amazing to me is your firm belief in being an absolute ignorant piece of garbage with an education you clearly grew on your family's farm. I dont have to top you. You have done a great job all on your own exposing yourself. I'm not the one constantly caught trolling on videos. You are.

  • @Janusha: They are american cars by default since they come from an american manufacturer. Secondly if you dont think we make sport tourers, sporty suvs, and hatchbacks. Then you truly know nothing at all about the american auto industry.

  • Exposing myself? hahaha... Yeah. Just skip the enormous points Ive made and insted switch to personal attacks. Ill tell you why Pontiac finally died last month too while Im educating you anyway. In the old days, back when american car companys gave a shit, they some times made interresting cars. The big3 in USA most notably GM decided GMs should be for workers, Cadillacs for moviestars and rich people and all Pontiac forexample for those in the middle.

  • They were marketed differently and priced differently. If you went into a Pondiac dealer, GM dealer or Cadillac dealer, it was the same god damn cater-for-all steel with different looks. They might say shit like "we didnt have a clear marketing strategy" and "phazing out the brand" while completly ignoring the fact that they were hopelessly left behind for not having any focus on modern tech, styling or build quality. They played the patriorism card for all it was worth. Happy new years.

  • @Janusha: Like I said. You are the one constantly caught trolling on american cars videos. That right there shows all your ignorance and bias. If you dont like the cars, then why the hell are you here??? You are a loud mouth cyber troll that thinks if he shouts loud enough on the internet that someone will believe him. Do you honestly believe that trolling on youtube videos is gonna make people change their mind about a car?? You have got the brain of a vegetable.

  • Dude. I only started reading about this because I wanted to know why and how the american car industry could collapse in such a spectacular display of mismanagement and arrogance. Then I was suddenly an "anti american propagandist" for asking questions. So I read up on it and have my opinions. Ive realised that it doesnt just end with cars. Its motorcycles too. Americans make Harleys while the world makes proper stuff. Infact, apart from military stuff, what DO you make in america today.

  • Again I dont give a fuck whats better. A GM or a god damn Nissan. I just find it amazing how you can maintain your collective status of desperate denial. Last moth GM announced they were back at making best in the wooorld cars from behind a whitened lying smile. I love how the Pontiac lead financial coach said it. Grats. Your cars are now collectibles, limited editions, classics. After 83 years there wont be any more Pontiacs. Wow... way to focus on the positive.

  • Instead of blindly defending anything under the flag as patriotism dictates, look at their CEOs moviestar sallaries. Muster enough testicular fortitude to put these white collar criminals in prison for screwing your otherwise fine nation. Obama should have let them die so fresh blood could have risen in their place. However hundreds of thousands of car working personell have been let off and nothing has risen so far... So Asian and European brands would most likely just have taken over. Grats.

  • @Janusha: Except for the fact that Asian brands and European brands dont sell as well as American brands here in the U.S.

  • @Janusha: If you actually believe that the american auto industry has collasped. Then you truly are an anti american propagandist". And who are you to decide whether a Harley is proper are not?? What do we make in america today? We make whatever we wannna make. What does your country make???????

  • @Janusha: Considering the fact that GM and Ford are both outselling all brands here just makes your whole argument against the american auto industry. NULL AND VOID.

  • Again... you keep clinging to your straws dude. Despite massive recalls and more than 300 pending lawsuits for "unintended acceleration" which turned out to be nothing but all american bullshit, Toyota is still by far nr1. Its the TRUCKS that outsell foreign brands. NOT your cars. And only because american trucks have no competition. Nobody else makes them. I just looked at Edmunds dot com. Top 50 popular cars in USA for 2010. 7 of them were american. 3 of those 7 were rebadged korean Daewoo.

  • Like the Chevrolet Cruze. Also sold as Pontiac, Buic, Holden (australian GM) Entirely made in Korea. Never touched by american hands. Or the GMC Terrain. With slight changes its also sold as Cadillac, Pontiac, Saturn, Daewoo. All the same car. Also not made in USA. I could go on all day... I dont HATE AMERICA !!! for saying these obvious things that anyone can read. What Im only too happy to do is poke holes in the lies, hype and ridiculous claims which is the basis of your car industry.

  • @Janusha: Actually you are the one thats clinging to straws. American trucks have plenty of competition. Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, and Honda all produce trucks as well. And you keep talking about popular cars here in the U.S. But I guess you failed to learn that the "car of the year" here is the Ford Fusion hybrid. Toyota is number 1 worldwide in sales. They are not #1 here in the U.S.

  • So now that Ive established the US cars arent exactly dominating the market... even in your own country, Now youre onto trucks? Well I wont go into that but my brother runs his own company with only Dodge Rams so I know them well. From the 60s and up. Toyota and all the others are much smaller. Nobody builds america-sized trucks. Except stuff like Unimog but thats Mercedes and is mercedes priced. Car of the year. Pff.. tell me 1 car that isnt car of the year in some magazine or whatnot.

  • @Janusha: I have already told you that American cars are dominating the market here. Both Ford and GM SEPARTELY has doubled up on total sales over Toyota here. And Toyota makes 2 different model trucks. 1 is a midsize which is the Toyota Tacoma. And the other is a full size truck the Toyota Tundra which is the same size as the F150 and the silverado. Yes Toyota and Nissan makes full size trucks.

  • Ok.. you dont like me saying it but check out any list of top selling cars in USA for 2010. The reason I picked Edmunds dot com is because they are the most biased towards american you can ever find. On top 50 best selling vehicles in USA, 7 were american brands and only half of them can be called american cars. If you dont want to believe that either. Then thats your choice. I dont much care.

  • If you look at purely number of vehicles sold. There are loads of factors that throw it off. One is the enormous amount of Fords and GMs being pickup trucks and not actual cars. Another is the fact that all the super popular European Fords are calculated in with the american Fords. which ofcourse might look good statistically for both Euro and US Fords but doesnt make them all american cars.

  • @Janusha: It doesnt matter if a Japanese vehicle outsells an american vehicle, especially when as a whole the american company in this country completely dominates the sales charts here. It doesnt matter if its cars or trucks. People buy what they want. Trucks do the same things as cars not too mention both Toyota and Nissan produce two different size model trucks just like Ford and GM.

  • Yeah it doesnt matter. If USA lost their car business. It doesnt matter if foreign brands dominate the entire US-market just like with motorcycles and sportscars. It doesnt matter at all aslong as americans can shut it all out and instead wallow in an unending sea of blissful ignorance and firm belief in their own superiority that no amount of bankruptcies can shake. USA FUCK YEAH.

Its all the same to me. I just find this flagwaving and illusions of grandeour so hillarious.

  • @Janusha: Unfortunately for you though. American cars are the best selling here in America. And Ford and GM dominate the market by selling twice as much cars and trucks vs. the Japanese auto makers. Gm dropped brands and they still doubled up on Toyota on sales here. Ford is number 1 here in america, GM #2, Toyota #3. In case you were wondering.

  • Trying to tell an american he isnt best in the woooorld is like trying to tell the pope there is no god. There will always be a "yeah but.... "

  • Wheres the motortrend test?

its nearly the end of 2010 and ive never seen any such showdown!

  • Bla, Bla,Bla!

Just what everyone needs!, another car that goes to fast for any road, too expensive to buy, guzzles fuel, helping us keep an addiction to oil from off shore.

Um.... gee I could have sworn that people were having trouble paying mortgages, keeping their jobs and not getting killed in Iraq.

All a matter of priority isn't it children!

    GROW THE FUCK UP!

    You disgust me!

  • Weighs 131lbs when you don't count the doors or roof? what sort of a claim is that haha. Looks like the interior was hand made in china

  • Hahaha why did they have to go find a camp hairdresser type person that doesnt even know shit about the car, to present it ?

I guess this is the level of professionalism that shows through this entire project. It isnt as much a car as a home built kit-car based single purpose monstrosity. All these american fanboys waving flags in their honor... for what. Now 3 years later, they havent even sold 5 cars in USA.

  • @Janusha: What the fuck are you doing on american car videos anyway if you dont like them???????????? And you have the nerve to sit behind your computer screen and talk about american flag waving fanboys?? You are obviously the biggest flag waver of them all.

  • @V8Supercar1

Come on now fanboy. The only reason you love this thing is because its american and it would be unconstitutional not to.... What do you ACTUALLY know about it. Have you or anyone else ever seen it reviewed or properly roadtested ? You really are getting kinda silly.

  • @Janusha: "fanboy" lol Thats funny. Yes I am a fanyboy of certain supercars in general, I can admit that The Ultimate Aero is one of them, the Saleen S7, the new Ferrari 599GTO, and the new Lexus LFA. The LFA is one I personally think is one of the best supercars ever made. But anyway, yes I have seen the Ultimate Aero in person. I was a spectator once when they were doing 1/4 mile testing on the 07 model.

  • And yet you know so little about it. Every month acrpssEurope a new supercar hits the news. Its instantly famous. Every publication is lining up to put it on the frontpage and do reviews of it. The companies love to get all this free advertisement. Every supercar except the SSC. Which has never been properly road tested. Why do you think that is. They dont want anyone commenting on its home built quality. They prefer like it is now. Carried by the hype and hopes of the flagwaving masses.

  • @Janusha: I know so little about it? well I seem to know whole lot more about it than you do. And secondly, the car has been properly road tested, reviewed, and tested some more by people. You believe the car has home built quality. But yet the car outperforms most if not all european supercars. So how is it that a car with home built quality can do this. Its simple. Because it doesnt have home built quality. More like race bred and endurance tested quality.

  • Youre talking about when Jay Leno kicked its tyres? Because thats not a roadtest.

I dont BELIEVE its got home built quality. I take that from the words of SSC themselves. Perhaps you should see his interview with TopGear before you start running your mouth. Any car with 1200 hp will outrun any supercar.. Because speed is cheap. However supercars are built to be used. You think Ferrari cant make 1200 hp if there was any point in doing so? God you americans.. We do point and laugh.

  • @Janusha: "You think Ferrari cant make 1200 hp if there was any point in doing so?"

Okay, so why the hell does Bugatti/Volkswagen keep doing so?? And why the hell is Porche and 9ff so intrested in doing so??? Remember the Brabus TKR????? BECAUSE THERE IS AN ACTUAL POINT IN DOING SO. YOU FUCKING RETARD.

  • @Janusha:"Youre talking about when Jay Leno kicked its tyres? " No you dummy. i'm talking about when he actually reviewed the car, and when he drove it and gave his own opinion. I'm talking about when "business week" reviewed the car, when the Discovery channel did their coverage, when "streetfire did their review. And when professional drifter/driver Tanner Foust did his review. GET YOUR HEAD OF OUT TOPGEARS ASS, AND ACTUALLY DO SOME REAL REASEARCH FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE.

  • Haha There will always be some tiny little detail. Some wingnut on the rear axle on the hoooly Corvette that turns out by some magic and flagwaving to be BEST IN THE WOOOOORLD and therefore USA is best and nothing is bankrupt and american / korean plastic reigns supreme. Its hillarious. While you hail your precious Corvette, there is another top end machine out of Europe every month. You know that but ofcourse it would be unconstinutional to agree. By the way. Jay Leno is a huge TopGear fan.

  • @Janusha Aww is there sand in your vagina?

  • You may not.. But there are plenty of flagwaving bewildered fools that do. In the most hillarious ways.

  • @Janusha: Whether you realize it or not. You do more flag waving then anyone. You are the one seen constantly trolling on american car videos.

  • Like ive said before. I speak out on several issues. But only on topics where americans like to assertain a certain level of wooorld dominance, do I end up in these kind of arguements. When it comes to your cars... You had your industry and lost it. Dont blame me. Im just saying it how it is. Whats so weird is how you yanks are turning a blind eye to it and still keep defending and denying and think everything will go back to normal if you just pour enough patriotism on it.

  • @Janusha: "You had your industry and lost it."

Lost what??? The last time I checked the american auto industry is still leading the world in total sales. So my question to you. Is what exactly are you talking about????

  • Who buys american cars except america? I just looked at this months most popular cars in america. top 6 were japanese. Then 2 European Fords. Then 2 american pickups. Where are all these wooorld dominating american cars I hear so much about ? This summer I drove through 7 European countries. I spotted 3 GMs. 2 of them were rebadged korean Daewoo. Cadillac sold 20 cars in England this year. Thats 20 cars for 60 mill people. Their goal for all of Europe was 2000 cars. Leading the world, my arse.

  • Last year GM was 8 brands.. This year they are 4.. Or 3 now that Pontiac just died. You see.. even while car companies are shutting down and GM has packed up and run to Korea, Mexico and Brazil, you are STILL running your mouth on their behalf and waving flags in their honor. What is it about these shameless profiteers that is worthy of your die-hard patriotism ?

  • @Janusha: You are obviously too dumb to even know what an auto industry is. So maybe I can break it down for you to your level of intelligence. You see. Those Japanese are apart of our auto industry. Now remember. You questioned the american auto industry. Those car are built here in the U.S. and no I'm not saying they are american cars. But they are a big part of our industry. And combined with Ford, GM, and Chrysler. We still have the biggest auto industry in the world.

  • @Janusha God damn, stop being such a discriminating asshole. Just because you watched a couple episodes of Top Gear doesn't make you a fucking expert. Go be half retarded somewhere else.

  • @Janusha Yiu janusha is a fucking liar i watched that episode and jay leno didnt kick the tires

  • @carbonfiber1995 hahaha.... Its an expression you silly arse.

  • @Janusha Hey shithead, how many of those super cars come from Norway? Given how much you bitch about America I got to figure you have a secret love of us. Do you have a Corvette poster in your parents basement?

  • @Autosteme

How many supercars from norway ? exactly the same number as from USA. Seriously tho.. Its not a prerequisite for my country to build them, for me to know about them. Both as a hobby and as an owner.

Im not trying to ruin your country or your fucking cars.. Im just saying it how it is regardless of whether its against your god damn constitution.

  • @Autosteme: You see how he keeps ducking your question huh? (Janusha) I asked him the same question and just refused to answer. He thinks that the SSC Ultimate Aero is a kit car because SSC didnt make all the parts. So when I confronted him about cars like the Koeniggsegg cars and the Pagani Zonda, having a lot of their parts being made from others as well. Once again, he ignored. He complains about flag waving americans, but yet he is the one found trolling on so many american car videos.

  • Love the paint combo

  • Lambo doors are you kidding me??? They are scissor doors and nobody should even car anymore cause the buggati veyron supersport has broken this record.....and another crap comment was he said Konigsegg was german and correction it is SWEDISH....god and he made this car.....dear god he knows absolutley nothing.

  • @Arsenalover14: Thats okay, though. The Next generation Ultimate Aero is on its way, with a complete redesign, an all new 6.8 liter twin turbo V8. a 9000rpm rev limiter, and over 1350hp.

  • I think it's funny that he says the Koenigsegg is German. It's swedish.

  • @quintman15 I think he means the competition is in Germany, not that the car is from Germany. :)

  • my second dream car

  • Buggati=heavy but cool Koenigsegg=beautiful but sounds like an atomic bomb Ultimate Aero SSC=american muscles in a Lambo Diablo body (modified body) LOL

  • US only has a couple of good cars. Corvette, SSC Ultimate Aero, Dodge Viper and the Ford GT all the other cars alright. Ferrari, a company that only produces cars that have over 500 HP is great but gas consuming monster. If they EVEN try to build an economy car, let's say a hybrid car, they probably will try to give it more then 500 HP or it wont even deserve the name of Ferrari lol.

  • lamborghini is coller

  • This car has the most out-dated looks of any supercar on the market. Yes, it's fast. Yes, it's in Bugatti's league, but it doesnt hold a candle next to the ss Veyron. Bugatti's craftmanship and attention to detail are unmatched, i mean just look under the hood of the new Aero. It's ugly as shit! Not to mention the interior is nowhere near the Veyrons. Given the choice the Veyron is my buy, no hesitation.

  • this car produces just as much torque and hp as the veyron supersport and it is 1000lbs lighter. Wich one do u think is going to be faster. The reason the top speed of the aero is 256 is because they didnt have enough road to test get all the way to the top speed

  • @sugarloafer37 Not enough road? America has the longest straigt roads in the world. Why not take it to the salt flats then?

  • ONLY an internett spamming kid would differenciate these cars by their purely theoretical top speeds that in no way can be reproduced in actual life.

The doors are "kinda unique" this car is actually based on a Lamborghini Diablo kit-car that SSC used to produce. Which is why its got the Lambo doors and all the proportions of a 90s Lambo except the good looks.

  • the 273 mph bit is total crap

    it's not true one bit

  • Well credit where credit is due..... when it is true. but don't say its the fastest car in the world when it hasn't been proven on the track. 273mph in labs only.... Sorry but unless I see it earth moving underneath it then Bugatti Supersport is King.

  • It hasnt even done it in a lab. The story goes that they borrowed some wind tunnel and apparently some NASA engineer (who knows fuckall about cars) had at some point sait it would be aerodynamically stable up to 270 mph. And thats it... Thats all it takes for them to shamelessly claim its a 270mph car. Regardless of actual facts. What could possibly be more insignificant than a claimed, theoretical speed.

  • @Janusha ....good point because the basic rules of aerodynamics change when you change from a space ship to a car...your a retard, aerodynamics have nothing to do with whats inside the car, just how air moves around it, so the "who knows fuckall about cars" is a retarted statement on your part

  • Pffff.... In a windtunnel they check for airflow. Drag, lift, such things. They dont go into the technology required of the engine, tyres, gearbox and all that shit involved with actually reaching those speeds in the real world. So yes.. NASA knows fuckall about cars. keep those retarded remarks to your self.

  • @Janusha you could not have interpreted what he said more wrong, your a dipshit, the fucking car is stable at 273mph dumb mother fucker i.e. not lifting off the fucking ground, or having parts dent in. You're such a fucking retard the NASA employee that said that was talking about the aerodynamics dipfuck! not its actual mechanical abilities, and i would bet that he knows more about the inside of a car than your dumb ass, you can't even interpret the language you speak correctly, dumb fuck!

  • Its AMAZING the lenghts americans will go to turn their failed car industry to an angle in which american cars dont suck. Even this amazingly flawed SSC aero needs to be hailed to the skies in a desperate attempt to find a hero in the fading after glow of the smoldering ruins that once was the US car industry. The SSC Aero which even the Shelby dude himself calls a kit-car when interviewed by opGear

  • @Janusha: This so called "kit car" by your definition. Just kicks Europe's ass all over the place in high performance. And when the new one comes out, its gonna do the same thing, AGAIN.

  • This thing.. you flagwaving fool. I call it a kit-car not because it comes in a box and you need to build it yourself but because the SSCs company used to built kitcars. They are listed on Kitcars dot com if you search for "Lamborghini Inspired Vehicles" you will find them with address and everything. They used that exact same Lamborghini kit as base for their SSC. The rest, gearing, steering, engine is hauled out of other vehicles because they havent had the budget to do it themselves.

  • Its headlights are out of a Ford Focus and the steering from a Mondeo or whatever. They finally let TopGear drive their SSC Aero and they said it was useless in the 3 first gears. 1200++ hp with no control, finesse or technology. Shelby refered to it in his own words as a Kitcar that he built with his friends behind his house. And they have the balls to compare this to a Bugatti. The american arrogance knows no limits. Bugatti is the fastest car and the SSC is the fastest kit-car in the world.

  • And you boy.. you should really stop throwing big words at the wrong person.

Or infact... ask yourself if waving flags for your nation and your failed car industry, spamming lies and modified truths about shitty cars. is it really going to change the fact that your car industry for decades has been largely occupied with cater-for-all squeeky plastic for the masses. Doesnt it at some point get embarrassing? Is this crap really worth your die-hard patriotism?

  • @Janusha: "they havent had the budget to do it themselves."

Okay so by your standards then, the Bugatti Veyron is also a kit car then. Because Bugatti surely didn't fund that car themselves.

  • @Janusha: Now thats beyond ignorant right there. Just because a company used to build kit cars doesnt mean they always will build kit cars. The Guiness book of world records have very high standards for a production car. So if they call it a production car, then its a production car and not a kit car. No matter what some ignorant Norwegian prick like you want the car to be.

  • What the hell are you talking about. Every single bit on the Bugatti is obviously designed and built for the Bugatti speciffically. Are you suggesting they pick bits and pieces out of other cars inorder to make a Bugatti? Are you suggesting the Bugatti is built on a kit-car base like the SSC is? Your patriot goggles are clouding your view. Also.. The Guiness book of records is an english gentleman with a stopwatch. They dont give a fuck how the car is built.

  • @Janusha: No you said that SSC didnt have the budget to do it themselves therefore its a kit car. Well bugatti sure as hell didnt fund the Veyron themsleves. And also BY YOUR STANDARDS, the Pagani Zonda, and the Koeniggsegg cars are also kit cars. Because these cars also have different parts on them from other companies.

  • USA USA USA USA USA USA USA USA

  • fastest car in the world

  • this car is the bomb. fuck the Bugatti Gayron- this car would rip it apart on a track. considering weight, HP and size.

  • @jedimasterlink7 dude the Bugatti Veyron SS is faster than a Gumpert Apollo around a track what are you talking about? PS fastest production car in the world! so suck it up

  • @demonik200 @demonik200 the Bugatti SS topped out at 268, and if i remember correctly the Gumpert is like 300 hp less then the Bugatti and the gumpert isn't the "fastest car in the world".(i love the way the Apollo looks, it sick) i really just don't like anything about the Veyron- its like a boat that has way to much inertia and doesn't belong on a track... that's just the way i feel about it. if i had one, it would be totally different, its just i would never buy one... its not worth the $

  • thats bullshit it cant go 273

  • This car is no Bugatti but its pretty damn cool. Not bad car for a couple of gearheads. Its a small company, they dont have nearly the money nor the engineering resources of VW Audi and still beat them. Europeans are just jealous that an American car company with a few employees beat the record set by the precious bugatti. My money is on SSC to take it back.

  • @MrGlobalwarminghoax

Deutsche Technik > American "Engineering" :D

No jealousy here homeboy, both the Veyron and the SSC were engineered with different goals in mind.

  • @rock3tcat

no doubt Deutsche engineering is great. I never said it wasn't. But to mock American "engineering" by putting it in quotes is lame. This car was built by a few people, it doesn't represent the absolute best of American engineering. USA has a space shuttle that goes into space, airplanes that cannot be detected by radar, a ship that landed on the moon, nuclear powered aircraft carriers and subs. It also invented the box that you are typing on and this website. Word homeboy

  • True homeboy, just true. :D

Except for the fact that the concept of stealth planes that was invented by the German Horten brothers, and that nuclear power (radioactivity) was discovered by Becquerel.

And that the entire US space effort was engineered by Werner von Braun, a German.

Look I don't have anything against American cars, my all time favorite car is the '69 Dodge Charger. But to label everything that the Americans do as "the best" without even looking at the rest just isn't right.

  • @rock3tcat I knew you would bring up von Braun. Yes he was the key to the early US space program, rocket development and moon landing. He did not "engineer the entire US space effort".I never said everything Americans do is the best. I was merely defending American engineering against an unfair mocking by you putting it in quotes. I own a porsche Cayman S and a Mercedes CLK 500 before that, I love their cars.yes Deutsche engineering is incredible but USA engineering isnt anything to scoff at.

  • The aero will never live up to the bugattis rep. The bugattis engine is all hand made and put together any one could get a 700hp engine and attach a few turbo chargers on

  • lol koenigsegg pronunciation fail...

  • ahahahaha , in the description "capable of 273mph " BULLSHIT!!! , and also it says the carbon fibre body without the doors and hoods weighs 131lbs , which is about 20% of the body , lol dumb americans , go choke on burgers , europe makes better cars , get over it , you tried you failed.

  • @glynhoyland

    We have a space shuttle.......

  • Fuck this car, the bugatti is better in EVERY way

  • to all the retards out there it is the fastest street legal car so stop being a muppet and type shit you dont noe about thx

  • @mitilotic2 no its not the fastest street legal car you dumb american ass, The Buggati SS is the fastest.

  • if you take off the doors and the hood it weighs only 131 lbs what a numb comment well come on then lets have a race down the motorway ...oooohh ooooh wait hang on a sec let me just take the doors and the bonnet off first...jeez what a complete dumbass

  • @rscosworthfan I know, lol. Well, if we take away the engine and all the other pieces of the car, it weighs 0lbs!

  • @ZehArbitor4923 lmao yup

  • SSC Ultimate Aero is the fastest street legal car, right?

  • @PGOproductions2 no it is not

  • @eriksanabria no? What is?

  • @PGOproductions2 well currently the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport with an average of 268 mph (431km/h)

  • @PGOproductions2 Hell NO......

  • @PGOproductions2 wrong

  • badass

  • The new Bugatti supersport is now the fastest production car after yesterdays speed test at the VW track, it set a top speed (average both ways) of 267.91mph. I would love to see this new faster SSC tested to its top which they say is over 270mph?

  • lol this guy doesn't know shit about koenigsegg and bugatti

  • @EdwardianGangster what do you know?
