god look at that glowing turbine... pick up a little more rpms before attempting ignition,, or throttle down the starting fuel (if you have one, im assuming its propane).
@highvoltagefeathers The starter is spinning it at 40% witch is more than fast, And in this video it,s running on jet fuel. The problem was It had 3 bad fuel injector stuck open so even with throttle at 30% it was dumping fuel. Thanks for the input.
Microturbo the manufacturer of the TRI-60-5 Turbojet engine says max EGT on start up is 1850 degrees, We have it set to cut fuel off at 1350 degrees witch is way under 1850 degrees. This is a military jet engine and is built very strong. You should watch one start in a target drone if you want to see a hot start!
