The creator really knew what he was doing when he made Bitey to be a speed demon, because hes perfectly equipped to be so!

He has strong legs for high-speed leaps, a slender hairless torso that cuts down on wind resistance, and a head coated with thick fur to reduce impacts. Also, he has a pair of horns, which may not look impressive, but they could probably pierce steel at 200mph+

Yes I believe so. It is done on flash but that doesn't mean that he can't do frame-by-frame animation all the same. So the quality is not limited by the usual methods of flash (e.g. simple pictures and tweening)
