Hey Gary, I looove the show but: opening a bottle a couple of hours in advance, does nothing for the wine. The opening is much too small to let in the necessary amount of air to "open up" the wine. best from Germany

I holiday in Villefranche. for 5 or 6 €uros you can get wine that will keep 15 years. I have a few 10 year old waitimg for my birthday next year
