the concept was great. The execution just wasn't but it was good. just work on a costume scheme that isn't totally sailor moonish like the outer scouts still had there own style but still fit into the moon universe

Cool, but individual ones would make more sense, and a music suggestion: use the Amazoness Quartet theme, with the string quartet. I think this BGM is just generic dead moon circus music. Just some suggestions. It also looks very simple, like worse than Sailor Starlight simple, but I can't do anything like this, so good job regardless.
