its a stock gear box, but with a Ikeya shifter, it makes it shift quicker

a good driver will shift just as quick as a sequential gearbox for half the price.

It's not as much about the speed of the shift (although if you've used one of these, you will definitely change your mind), but the elimination of mis-shifting as you no longer have the H pattern to contend with.

Overall, these are a great, but not a mod for low-powered or lightly modded cars.

this is an Ikeya unit. it not a auto sequential...you still engage the clutch, but it reduces waisted time in shifts and is much better on the track
