I enjoy the Amy Winehouse cover, but this is how you perform this song. What a wonderful feel. So forceful I can feel it through my screen and can't stop rockin' - I can't say that about any other rendition. I like the up-tempo versions as well (cos it's just such a great song), but when you have a few beers you don't wanna dance, you wanna to rock, and the Zutons will take care of that for you..

Well, I've listened to this, the amy winehouse version, and the glee version. I've gotta say that all three are wonderful. Let's get this clear first though, the show Glee is obviously a satirization of our lives. Sure the setting is based on a high school, but clearly the subject that glee is presents in most of their episodes can be related to our daily lives.

Oh man I love this original! First heard it on Glee (don't hate, lol) which led me to the Amy Winehouse version where I found out through the comments that The Zutons did it originally. I definitely prefer this slower version to the more up tempo Winehouse/Glee covers

I enjoy the Amy Winehouse cover, but this is how you perform this song. What a wonderful feel. So forceful I can feel it through my screen and can't stop rockin' - I can't say that about any other rendition. I like the up-tempo versions as well (cos it's just such a great song), but when you have a few beers you don't wanna dance, you wanna to rock, and the Zutons will take care of that for you..

At least not for the whole show. because i know T.V. shows have done a musical episode before but not for a whole series. Plus they change up their music so that they make popular songs into a many different part harmonization song. Which just sounds cool. Well, I've listened to this, the amy winehouse version, and the glee version. I've gotta say that all three are wonderful. Let's get this clear first though, the show Glee is obviously a satirization of our lives. Sure the setting is based on a high school, but clearly the subject that glee is presents in most of their episodes can be related to our daily lives.
