on easy (daddy, can i play please?) it take like 3-4 kicks and one pistol shot to kill em. for the sheild ones ahead i kick them when they raise their sheild and i use my sten it works.

@Daniel100Benner they're meant to be zombies, they look like zombies on the PC version, but you dont get these extra levels on PC, so it's the Catacombs and the last couple of lvls tht have zombies

There's a black stair in the middle of the staircase that triggers the spikes. Jump over it.

You mean, after they've fallen? If you don't shoot them until they blow up the zombies can come back to life.

yes exactly that one! and for some reason my game is darker than yours. a can hardly see the handle and the stairs. mayb thats why i missed that black step. but i'll try it again. thanx for the help elbryan42.

You mean the trap on the stairs? There's a black stair in the center. You have to jump over it, or you get crushed by the spikes.

Hey mate a tip, configure ur control pad to get quickspin 180,it helps i have mine on the down button,but good play i wont say i'm better or worse but the game got too easy even on I'm death incarnate,but that did'nt stop me from playing time and time again! Even now i'll play just to break overall time,a shame thay spoilt the ps3 version with too much hocus pocus,they had the potential to make a real classic! This IMO is a classic!

I remember that when I played this mission on the PC version for the first time, I teamed up with those nazi to kill the zombies, but they always ended up being killed first so I basically had to fight them alone.

You might be thinking about the second episode, which has two levels like this: Catacombs and Crypt. These levels never were on the PC. The PC starts with you escaping your cell. This episode takes place before that.

after opening the second door and I spend the hill by the stairs

some peaks. What is the stairs without dying?

In the middle of the stairs is a single black stair. Jump over it when you go up them. That's the only way. You can kinda see me do it in the video.

On a side note, the traps are lazily set on the XBox. The plate is before the stairs on there. The PS2 version's MUCH more devious with its traps.
