What is DL-access? quite often you get linked to a site that asks what country you are in, then email, then $ etc. is it just a rip off or do some torrents require you to have a DL-access password username etc?

depends, theres some good videos on how to speed up Utorrent alot on youtube. u should try one of them out and see how it goes for you. i liked utorrent i just had a problem with getting my torrents to start dowloading.
