if your worried about eye liner smudging just use and eye shadow primer from too faced or urban decay...

@bloodonthedancefloo5 also the problem with setting it with primer is u have to wait of the primer to dry because it is on your eye and i will smudge easier if you do not let it dry and if u put the primer on and then the eye liner it would look bad and i might not smudge but it will cake and stay in your crease

A Question: When you apply pencil eyeliner and eyeshadow, do you have any problems with it moving or smudging later on in the day? Even if you use a primer?
