  • he got scared like a pussy when he was told that he had to spend a night in jail

  • Fucking idiot.

  • is it different from state to state? here in washington I have received 2 tickets and I was never forced to sign..... I was never even asked to sign the citations?

  • The cop was actually a very cool customer.

  • You are a LIAR. You should have gotten thrown in the slammer for LYING and saying the cop told me that you were signing "for admission of guilt." IT'S ON THE VIDEO that the cop DID NOT say that, you LIAR!Then the girl is a LIAR, TOO!

You both LIE to the cop then get on You Tube with your deception, you're both awful and should have both been tasered, sprayed, thrown in jail and then put in front of a firing squad!

  • @ProChoiceJesus maybe just the jail one and for a lil while...

  • Comment removed

  • no teasers? no pepper spray? *smhhh* soft cop...

  • this guy is so stupid. why are you wasting the cops time there actually be nice to you i wish the had locked you up

  • SO FUCKING POINTLESS

  • I think the officers acted very professionally.. I find it hard to believe that anyone doesn't know signing the ticket is not an admission of guilt. Had you just read the ticket when he handed it to you to sign (which they will let you take as much time as you need to read it) then it says in bold letters right above where you sign that it's not an admission of guilt. The reason they call it the california stop is because in every other state people actually stop at "stop" signs

  • YOU AND YOUR BITCH ARE WETARDED !!

  • i want the 8:29 minutes of my life back. this sucked.

Never mind...id only waste it anyway.

  • Officer explained everything perfectly. The only question I have would be directed towards the man who posted the video. How old you are? It is COMMON KNOWLEDGE that signing a ticket IS NOT admission of guilt. Apparently the poster is a bit slow.

  • first traffic stop I've seen on here with such a well articulated set of officers ... this one was a shock ... thank you for posting

  • You realize how many officers of an already strained police force you're pulling from their work for you being an idiot? You just posted your waste of our tax dollars.

  • Get your facts strait same thing in Illinois

  • Comment removed

  • Paid agent? hahah of course. That makes a lot more sense than somebody who just knows what the fuck there talking about you skizo, basement dwelling wackjob.

  • This guy is an obstinate, argumentative, f*cking idiot. It even says "THIS IS NOT AN ADMISSION OF GUILT, JUST A PROMISE TO APPEAR" on the citation. He also is too stupid to know its called a "rolling" or "incomplete" stop. Also he got a nice cop hahah a lot of CA cops aren't as nice as the shift supervisor was

  • When I get pulled over I crank 2pac and swear at the police! Being polite gets me no where. At least when I go to jail I am somewhere!

  • @justieml8 If you didn't come off as a straight douche bag immediately maybe being polite would help. Then again, depends on what you're stopped for. But if someone blasts music when an officer is trying to talk and uses profane language then they're an idiot and deserve to sit in jail for awhile.

  • If there was a law you wouldn't have to sign!

    SIGNATURES ARE VOLUNTARY!

Deny to sign and do not believe the lies they tell you to get you sign the crap!

  • @SirSmokeALot667 Your an idiot. Take a political science class, learn what the hell your talking about

  • @AKerr100 Who are you? A paid agent to post stuff like this?

I do not care about your opinion/beliefs. I KNOW the TRUTH.

    Have a nice weekend :))

  • lol The first cop said its not an admittance of guilt

  • Very professional and courteous officer. This is to protect and to serve.

  • All this video did was prove that you're a jackass. You didn't mishear anything. Just wanted another arrest video where you scream that you didn't do anything right?

  • two very nice cops, pretty rare for a youtube video

  • Signing a Bill of Exchange without paying it is dishonoring the Bill of Exchange, going to court without discussion is also a dishonor. Either way they are setting you up to fail. So much for a fair and impartial trial.

  • Way to be polite in the end too vtocce. Some of these idiots that make these videos are just being difficult.

  • Way to be polite in the end too vtocce. Some of these idiots that make these videos are just being difficult.

  • These two cops handle this perfectly. They should use this video for training on how to handle a difficult driver.

  • This is a giant waste of tax money. There are masses of gangbangers in LA and this cracka ass nigga rolling stopped a sign.

  • you even heard the cop say "this isn't an admission of guilt"

  • Nice video, actually portrays GOOD police officers for a change

  • are you that bored with your life retard?? grow up!!

  • are you that bored with your life retard?? grow up!!

  • this is proof that all cops are not dicks.

  • just sign the ticket.. damn dude if you did something huge then yea fight back

  • get a life and some friends maybe itll keep you from doing this kinda shit and wasting theyre time when they have more important matters to tend to you fucking moron

  • jail has got to be funnier than Dane Cook

  • ur a dumb fu(k! liberal idiot....this is why america is falling apart!

  • California love, Tupac's worst song...

  • @arnity123 LMAO. It's the only song worth listening to.

  • Hey dumass! Instead of giving cops a hard time for no apparent reason than to entertain yourself, go fuck yourself instead. Now I hope to god that someone who actually needed a cop wasnt harmed because you're a douchebag. 2 cops off the street to amuse a dick.

  • All you have do is sign: Refusal For Cause Without Dishonor end of story...

Don't need to sign your name... You can place an X and or mark...

    Google: Refusal For Cause

  • I never heard the cop tell you that by singing the ticket you were guilty of any charge. He said by singing the ticket it is not an admission of guilt, it is a promise that you would......then you cut him off and said "I don't want to sign it" like you told your passenger you were going to do before the officer even came back to your car.

All that and you still signed it, paid a lawyer for no reason and were found guilty AND in contempt.

    That's showing 'em!!

  • Mhh´kay

  • That's a very friendly Supervisor, I would want to get pulled over by him, LOL...!

  • You already said you weren't going to sign the ticket before he even approached you. You're such a tool!

  • Dumbass...

  • Only crime is possession of Dane Cook tix

  • Personally I would have gone to jail. It would be punishment enough to see Dane Cook.

  • "And what's a magistrate?"

    Really dude?

  • I would rather go to jail than see Dane Cook

  • Signing the ticket, surely is just a record of the event....no big fuckin deal!

  • i didnt know cops were allowed to pack a lip while on duty...

  • and you are also an idiot because he DID say this is NOT an addmission of guilt. you are fucking stupid. all of you bitches who try to fight with cops are stupid. i hope that you watched your own video dumb shit.

  • its called a california roll... get it right dude if your gonna be an ass.

  • What's the point of refusing when u signed lt in the end

  • right..u lied to the police about several thing.including the fact that u said u did a california stop then lied to the police and said u didnt

  • 2nd cop is nice

  • what a loser you are, like how both you and your sister lie.

  • yeah he said its NOT an admission of guilt" they say that everytime you sign a ticket. Youre just being a know-it-all ass. that just taped yourself lying to a cop. dumb fuck. which is a felony.

  • If you read the ticket by the signature space it say this is not an admission of guilt just a promise to appear. I live in cali and have gotten tickets so don't try to bullshit homie

  • it looks like hes grinding up bud and has a J in his hand 4:30

  • This fat bald headed good is a total moron. I'd fuck his sister though. Wonder how she looks naked.

  • The cops did a nice job of explaining and not escalating the situation...

  • BRINGING UP DANE COOK MADE THAT COP HAPPY. haha

  • that second cop was pretty cool

  • Signing the ticket is acting as your own surety bond and releasing you on your own recognizance. Not signing is like saying no I’m not going to show up in court, therefore you would be arrested until the court date, it’s a courtesy to sign and leave. On that note: lose some weight, get a tan, get braces for your teeth, and read a book.

  • Just sign the ticket man, the Supervisor dealt with it well and explained it well...It's the easiest way and no admission of guilt. Don't try and be a hard ass and BS with the cop.

  • How did things go in court?

  • @jamezbond78 I went in front of the judge and raged. He held me in contempt. My lawyer muzzled me and worked out a settlement. It's over and done with now. Thanks for asking.

  • @vtocce you hire a lawyer?!? hahahahah

  • wow! So your trustafarian solution for getting back at us, or "the man" is to lie and make up stories for the officer and his boss. The cop stated that the ticket was not an admission of guilt, and you clearly knew that you rolled through a stop sign. So just currious, what is it you want people to understand, other than that police officers are honset and worthy of trust and you are a liar. and that youdo not understand the law. Don't worry though we all mature sooner or later.

  • @vtocce raise hell man!

  • that supervisor was a good guy, answered questions, treated you with respect, and never once demonstrated any of the "cop machismo" others do. nice to see they are still out there. of course, you treating them with respect and not getting loud or acting a fool helped quite a bit. if people just remembered to treat others as they wish to be treated, we would not have so many little issues become BIG issues.

  • @sfy2004 EXACTLY. I said the same a few pages back,. we NEED more cops who know how to DE-escalate a situation, not prove how tough they are.

  • This is the new norm in this country... Idiots who for 4 minutes of fame on YT would stoop so low as to disrespect the state driving law which this officer has to enforce. I actually pity you man and your "Liz" friend there should be ashamed of herself. Cops now a day (good ones) are getting killed cause of anti-social morons like yourself making videos like this.

  • you are an ass all you had to do is tell him what you did when you got stopped he would have let you go police hate it when you "don't know" and this is coming from my uncle who is a staff Sergent NJSP. and it works i know first hand.

  • the cop that wrote the ticket must have been in training if not he would have asked you to step out of the car and arrest you .thats why the other cop came around to do if neccessary.that explains the sunglasses

  • The cop should have tazed you for going to a Dane Cook concert.

  • The second cop was COOL AS HELL! We need more like this guy, not a hardass, but someone who de-escalates the situation and clears up any misunderstanding.

  • @ssn708 most cops with experience are like that.

  • @anonazero That hasn't been my personal experience, but I hope you are right and that more cops act like the 2nd one.

  • @ssn708 75% of all officer involved deaths are because someone shot them about a ticket.

  • @anonazero Your facts are faulty, but even so, that has no bearing on one cop being a jerk and another trying to diffuse the situation. I think it would be more accurate to say the majority of officer involved deaths are the result of a traffic stop, not the result of a ticket. No one shoots a cop over a speeding ticket, they shoot a cop because they have a pound of cocaine under the seat.

  • @ssn708 whatever dude. you know what i meant. some jerk gets pulled over and shoots the cop just walking up to his window.

  • @anonazero No need to get huffy, dude. You said "75% of all officer involved deaths are because someone shot them about a ticket." I would not assume you meant something completely different than what you said. Someone "shot them about a ticket" is vastly different than someone shot them because they were wanted for murder, or had large quantities of drugs on them. And either way, it would be LESS of a reason to be a dick when walking up on someone's window, not more.

  • @ssn708 i didn't convey my idea properly and made the correction. now you're playing semantics because apparently its important to beat up straw men.

    have fun with that.

  • @anonazero Whatever man, you made a patently FALSE statement, and I corrected YOU, to which you chose to get offended, saying I knew you meant something COMPLETELY different from what you said.

  • @ssn708 im not offended, genius. you're the child that wants to argue after i AGREED with you.

  • @anonazero Pretty obvious from your posts that you are the one arguing, and you hardly "agreed" with me, you came back at me with "whatever dude. you know what i meant". You didn't agree with me, I corrected your patently false statement, which obviously did offend you somehow, evident from your snide response. Learn to SAY what you MEAN, not something completely different than what you meant, and it wont be a problem for you in the future.

  • @ssn708 i'm sorry if you need someone to draw it out in crayon for you. my bad, i'll try to work on that the next time i never see you again.

  • @anonazero You are simply an idiot, obvious from your posts. I am sure however, that crayon is the only medium those in charge of you allow for you to use, so good luck with that. You made a false statement, I corrected you, you went batshit because you are too pathetic and immature to accept you were wrong.. It's that simple. I am sorry your communication skills are below that of the average 6 year old, but that is not my problem.

  • @ssn708 LOLz alright bro. right, i didn't agree with you at all.

    you're a joke.

  • @anonazero All anyone need do is look over our posts to see you are the joke, and a complete moron. You said something that was COMPLETELY untrue. I corrected you. You took offense. It really is that simple. If you can not handle people correcting your FALSE, IDIOTIC statements, you should stay off of discussion boards. Sorry you lack the mental capacity to understand that. By the way, your percentage was WAY off too, I just didn't feel like knocking your dick in the dirt TOO badly. Idiot.

  • @ssn708 anyone looking over these posts can see that i corrected MYSELF, genius.

i never thought not elaborating on such a small detail would be worthy of such attention. clearly i've underestimated my impact on the youtube public. i'll try to be more responsible in the future.

  • What is that cop doing with his sun glasses on. You cant see his eyes.

A driver would probably have to take his glasses off.

Cop's just do whatever they want. To me they are all plain and simple assholes

I just hate cops because they are a bunch of liars.

  • An easy out that's quick, legally binding, and will get you back on the road immediately is to simply write on the ticket, "signed under duress" and sign your name next to that. When you're threatened with arrest, that IS duress.

It renders legally void any contract that you may have signed against your will, and prevents the criminal charge as well. It usually pisses the cop off, but he can't do anything about it. Try it!

  • @1GodOnlyOne thanks for the heads up, I've heard of that trick before. I'll try it next time. In fact I'm going to put "signed under duress" on all my checks too!

  • @vtocce I actually did it once, and the cop nearly jumped out of his skin when he read it! LOL

Another time I was actually cuffed on a bogus charge, but I was able to slip one of my hands out, but I kept my hands together as if I was still cuffed. When the cop handed me the citation and the pen to sign, I dangled the empty cuff for him with a coy smile on my face. He nearly crapped his pants! LOL

  • @vtocce ummmm, yeah, go ahead and try it lol. it does not affect anything other than probably solidifying the conviction

  • @vtocce That is not correct, doing that will not help you. Duress is unlawful threat or stress, you not signing the citation and going to jail is not unlawful threat, its the way it is. End of story.

  • @1GodOnlyOne lol your a dumb ass. what shit state are you from???

  • @1GodOnlyOne Aboslutely INCORRECT! Duress is UNLAWFUL threat or stress, the fact that he would be taken to jail if he didnt sign is the law. It is NOT DURESS and writing that on the ticket will do nothing to help you or else everyone would be doing it. Bottom line is if you dont sign you will do to jail, wether the officer tells you that or not, so if what your saying was true then everyone getting a citation would be under automatic duress. Learn your shit.

  • @moparmaniac21 Thank you for posting this shit.

  • Yea man, u looked like a complete asshole in this video. The cops looked professional and courteous. And for the record, that cop never said it was an admission of guilt..u realized u looked stupid and created a lie. U just wasted 10 minutes of your life while the cops on the other hand, were getting paid.

  • You just proved your ignorance. Watch your own video...he said nothing of "admission of guilt". You think you're smart by pulling these stunts but you're actually just wasting everyones time and again proving your ignorance. If you want to make a "civil rights" point fine...get educated first. Genius.

  • this guy is a moron, kudos to the supervisor for handling himself so well.

  • The supervisor was a cool guy

  • vtocce=IDIOT

  • wat a dum ass. He never said you were guilty

  • this guy is a dumb ass and just wasted a shit load of my tax dollars because you didnt sign the damn ticket tied up all that time of the police when there is real crimes going on stop at the stop sign and sign the damn ticket retard damn city folks always in a hurry and never listen to a damn word anyone says

  • Even if he said "this is an admission of guilt" (which he didn't) you continued to admit guilt, over and over, as you said repeatedly that you did a "california stop."

Stopping is stopping. Not going. No moving. Zero motion. It's not a 1 mile per hour sign, it's a STOP sign.

  • I feel embarassed for you. You should take this video down bc you look like a total dick. In 1979 I got pulled over out of state in Kentucky and I had no money. I was taken to jail, put in a cell and had to wait for someone to come pay my ticket. My friend with me drove my car home to get some money.

  • I have to agree with the cops on this one....rewind and listen closely...it sounds to me like he says "this is not an admittion of guilt..." when you interrupt him to say you are not admitting guilt.

  • Warriors Jersey FTW

  • you r wasteding there time, they could have been on there way to the dunking donuts

  • Dane Cook or Jail? If those are the options pick Jail.

  • welcome to Cali...!!

  • the 2nd officer sounds like bill paxton

  • I heard the cop say this is not a admission of guilt.

  • At least you apoligized to the cops for a waste of time. Good for you

  • ur so dumb

  • For one you are stupid. And for 2 you just wasted tax dollars to puss out.

  • Signing the ticket is NOT an admission of guilt. It is simply an acknowledgment that you received the citation. You told the second cop at 2:42 that you refused to sign the ticket because the first cop stated that it was an admission of guilt, a claim you then repeat numerous times. Yet at 0:36, you already decided not to sign it, with no regard to what the officer states at 0:55 which is , "This is not an admission of guilt, sir." All this video shows is proof of you lying to the police.

  • @CaptainCocaine Cops can and will lie, too! Second, he was traveling not driving... As soon as he gave up his license that game was over...

  • ur sis is hot

  • The 2nd cop was pretty cool.

  • "I THINK I stopped" what a fucking worthless idiot - you got caught you little bitch just deal with it

  • at 0:54 he said NOT admition of guilt. i dont like copd very much but the 2nd cop was too cool. so whats the problem? dont give them anymore reason to be a dick..

  • You did not claim your natural person under common law jurisdiction therefore you give consent to their jurisdiction and then they can write tickets for your corporate violations. Trying to prove yourself innocent within their jurisdiction is a lost cause. Stand your ground and know your rights.

  • The officer said "this is not an admission of guilt".

  • the second cop was cool, if only the rest of them are like him

  • epic fail............ this is a very good example of why you shouldnt dip in the water if you dont want to get wet.

  • @132oink I think you are thinking of sushi

  • BY SIGNING EVEN THOUGH HES NOT ADMITTING TO GUILT, HES STILL CREATING A CONTRACT TO ATEND COURT- THEREFORE POSSIBLY FORMING A CASE AGAINST HIMSELF & COULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF FOUND GUILY.

AS HE IS ADMINTTING TO BEING THE ''PERSON'' AND ''DRIVING''.

I STRESS PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU HAVE NOT BREACHED THE PEACE, THEY HAVE ''NO'' JURISDICTION OVER YOU, AND ARE ILLEIGALLY DETAINING YOU!!!!

    PEACE

  • @TheMyVew but under law protected by constitution, a person who is cited or arrested is NOT guilty by any means until PROVEN guilty in a court of law. Therefore signing a traffic ticket is NOT an admission of guilt nor forms a case against himself. Evidence is presented in the court and not reviewed before hand. He is not admitting to beint the "person and driving" that was already established. He is just making a promise to take care of the issue. You're on here encouraging people to go to jail

  • @TheMyVew you are very wrong. take a few classes in law enforcement.

  • @TheMyVew should signed it but above signature write like this: under duress protest and stress, all human rights reserved, waive all benefits

  • i thought it was called the california roll

  • What's a Magistrate? Come on! BTW, that Sgt. was EXTREMELY professional and cool! If only ALL cops were like him.

  • What's a Magistrate? Come on!

  • wow your lame

  • dude you still signed!!! LOL

  • you did a great job. Im gonna try to pull that off if I ever get pulled over, at least you got them back with taking their time.

  • when you get pulled over, accept the ticket, then ask questions on how you can pay for the ticket. Credit card, check, cash, ect. Then the cop most likely won't show up to court.

  • Videos like this piss me off, and I'm sure officers hate people like in the video. Police officers ENFORCE the laws, not make them. If you don't like a certain law, don't argue with the officer. Argue with your lawmakers. If you find that you were given a ticket unfairly, go to court.

  • Next time when you stop count to three. You might just save money and time!

  • Great job wasting a law enforcement officers' time. Its OK they have nothing better to do then deal with you and your attitude and your tears.

  • i think these officers performed there job VERY well they where calm non-threatening and they did not try and trick him. if all cops where like this (when the camera was not on them) then system would work

  • its really disrespectful to call an officer dude cause that might have been what had caused him to give you a ticket

  • Your a criminal for not signing a ticket....Wow what a free country we live in, what a bunch of shit.

  • I have no idea how it came to be known as a "California Stop" but my best guess is it has something to do with the fact that Californians are usually really mellow and laid back (which could translate to "lazy") and we couldn't be bothered with actually coming to a full and complete stop. As for me being a "dumb ass" and an "idiot" I can't really argue those points, but I'm not a liar. I honestly thought the officer said "this is an admission of guilt."

  • @vtocce Dude the first officer did say " I just need you to sign this admission of guilt" ..plain as day...So were definitely in the right to refuse and question it.

  • @vtocce Don't know if its you the person in the car recording the video with your sister; anyways great job!. I beleive we should all, at some point stand up for our rights.

I think the sergeant was a true professional.

  • @vtocce not bad. shit happens though and it says on the ticket. you could stay there how ever long you want reading it and making sure you understand and the cop cant do anything. though you did say you werent gonna sign it from the get go so it does make it seem like you lied. All all the cop said is true in cali and that 1godonlyone is a dumb ass and if you do that youll end up going to jail anyway since the citation and your signature will be void (if that) just like the cop said.

  • @vtocce just think about it this way. your signature is your bail. you pay bail you are then free to go and you go to court when your called if you dont pay bail you stay in jail. *once youve been given a ticket for something your 'technically' under arrest. cus by not signing it theres no way they could prove that you were notified of your offense unless they take you to jail and make you see a judge first thing in the morning. lol took me a while to stop saying "im not signing shit"

  • Why is being stupid and not stopping at the stop sign in front of pigs called a California Stop? I don't get it.

  • you're an idiot. "this is not an admission of guilt" then you tell his supervisor that he said it was an admission of guilt. Maybe you should know your rights before you try to use them. A citation is a promise to appear in court, you are innocent until proven guilty. You are not signing that you commited the act. Learn your rights before you try using them.

  • what a dumb ass!

  • YOU'RE A LIAR

  • @greywolf424 so are 99.7% of cops. cops are usually crooked ass mother fuckers

  • @miniimoto95 THIS ASSHOLE FLAT OUT LIED TO THE POLICE SUPERVISOR.... THE POLICE OFFICER NEVER SAID "YOU NEED TO SIGN THIS FOR AN ADMISSION OF GUILT"....

  • @greywolf424 so, its a fucking pig, why would you not lie to someone who confiscates green then smokes it as he walks away?

someone needs to fucking kill all those crooked cops.... a silenced 22 to the back of the head

  • @miniimoto95 SPOKEN LIKE A BORN LOSER.

  • @kinleyhard

Signing a citation is merely accepting the fact you received the citation and your future court date. If you have a problem with your local ordinances or state laws, I advise you to contact your alderman, state representative and/or lobby for changing them. If you don't do this, silence your cires of extortion because you, in essence, agree to them through inaction.

  • Why do people say "thanks" after receiving a traffic ticket?

  • I'm hearing a whole bunch of negative shit people maybe he did lie about this. But the thing is he had guts to actually film 8:00 fricken minutes. I dont see any of you gettinga ticket and have the guts to argue. So f off all the hatters!!!
