im a musician, and i know music theory. music is an exact science, and anyone who says the vocals dont match up, is incorrect. fireflies is being sung in major, and jetpacks is minor, but if you play the minor scale, a step and a half up, its the major scale. and these two songs fall in line perfectly. its music to my ears.

@joshmastablasta Lol only one person said it didnt really match up and he was just saying some of the chord changes sound a little weird, and thats because the harmony between the melody and the chord progression are based on two different foundations which is bound to sound non-typical, as it does, but to some that will sound cool and to others itll sound a little bit off

Also Im a musician too and playing a minor on top of a major does not sound good unless theyre relative (ie c maj and a min)

I really like this, but it seems that a lot of the chord changes don't really match up with the melody of the song as it should. which isn't you fault at all, just the way it is. Keep it up man!
