this mod is a little weird compared with half-llife 2 wars. For example in the video the stalker haven't got animations when he gets those minerals in the box or when he transports them...

it's actually very easy. use gimp 2.0 for textures, blender for 3d models and edit the xml files with notepad. experiment with it and you'll become a pro in no time.
