  • Twould be better without the religious bullshit, but a great speech nonetheless.

  • what an orator, god bless

  • One of my all-time Heros. I am a white, Christian, 53 year old English dude who stands with fredszczepanski. Wonderful speech by a man who kept his eye on the prize... "I just want to do God's will" and "I have seen the Promised Land". Inspirational and so moving; thank you for posting... God Bless You.

  • NIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGERRS! I LOVE THEM!

  • @garthbrooksgarth

    they love you too.

  • Beautiful. Peace people :)

  • I've been watching this on a loop since Whitney died.

  • The guy at 1:01 looks like he disagrees. Maybe/??

  • An Angel, A Prophet, A Hero to Humanity, A Truth-teller, A Revolutionary, A Lover to all of Life, Jesus Christ himself. The Greatest Man to Walk amongst us and Lead us - Martin Luther King.

  • Wow this video is so powerful, brings tears to my eyes everytime I watch it. The last line about not being worried of anything, fearing no man because he has seen the glory of the covenant of the lord. I didn't really know how great he was until I saw his speeches on youtube. AMAZING and inspirational he is.

  • @asdfqwerty831 he made this speech the day before he was shot dead. how prophetic.

  • @ thecurse23 i am a black african , and in the name of all africans who recognise themselves as apostles of God , don' t thanks us for Mlk achievments , thanks God for having breathed into our nose the power of his image and likeness , God which shines himself through the achievments ,and embedds them with his glory , Mlk was certainly a man of God , MLK forced himself to love his enemies he recovered the strength of. love , the one which displac

  • The man who used to BEAT prostitutes!

  • I am a white man, and I want to say that I appreciate all the good things Black People have contributed to society. You gave us music that touches the soul, such as Blues. You gave us music that boggles the mind and challenges the hands, such as Jazz. You have given us artists such as Robert Johnson, BB King, Scot Joplin, George Clinton, Aretha Franklin and countless more. You have given us some of the best entertainers and comedians the world has ever known. You gave us MLK. thank you

  • MLK just took these good people to church!

    Love you MLK!

  • @ AntiSpeciesistWorld , i used to agree with you, but i have realized that MLK is in fact greater than what we have all thought , nowadays most of the people praise MLK with an honest ignorance or by hypocrite courtesy. This man at this moment of his life , was no more a churchman , politician or a philosopher , he became a man fundamental , by identifyhimself to every human , he overtook the illusion of hatred and violence and recovered the strength

  • Absolutely beautiful. What heart and will... I'm teary-eyed, and grateful for his time and example. :)

  • When you speak the truth that powerfully those words will never die.

  • Hallelujah

    !

    CMn

  • Great speech! so inspiring, I am an atheist so I don't believe he truly saw the promise land but he certainly saw it coming. What a man he was and what a speaking voice he had too! a true inspiration.

  • @FEMACAMP246 yes, the human species is one of the great apes according to evolution and after 3.8 billion years of evolution for someone to be racist is a deep shame. I know what you really meant in your comment and it has no reasoning so please do not be racist because it makes no sense, its morally delusional because it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever at all.

  • Dr King was a good man who wanted change for the better and he wasnt gonna let no hateful racist crackers scare him off. A cracker shot him, and that cracker rotted in prison till the day he died.

  • Malcolm x was a pimple on kings ass. as far as stature.

  • @veeseee128 Sous Merde Malcolm X is the BEST

  • @LALAMPEDALLADIN queer boy,..... WRONG!

  • @veeseee128 is TRUE MALCOLM X THE BEST

  • We've all been betrayed by this corrupt political system.

  • Wow. He knew. You could see it in his eyes.

  • i think that he gave so much belife in him self and other pepole! he change AMERIACA 4 EVER and i love him for that i love that he dident care what other pepole thought that he worked so hard to end difrences between black and white it dosent matter what color skin u r but whats on the in side that counts and to think if he dident do this we would all still be soo jugemental of other pepeole with other color skin!!!!!

  • 5 peolpe are so damn stupid ¬¬

  • the man was a prophet. And he knew the day was coming. That is why I love this man, as a 55 yr old white dude, today who grew up in the Bronx in the 60's and early 70's. I remeber when he got shot, and will never forget the day or the week.

  • @fredszczepanski I totally agree, he accurately predicted his death. So sad

  • Watching this video and playing Hans Zimmer~Time makes the video way more epic

  • He'd have a lot of things to say about what's going on today in the U.S. government. NDAA, SOPA, PIPA, Patriot Act.

  • Amen!! R.I.P we love you

  • rest in peace my hero :(

  • It was almost like he knew that it would be his last speech-if you look at his eyes -it is as if he was someplace else-we lost "The Peaceful Warrior" RIP Martin L King

  • What a great speech!

  • Like Jesus, Martin Luther king knew he was going to die for his beliefs.

You could see the fear and anxiety in his face.

"If you love something, you fight for it."

  • So.... this proves time travel is true. Makes me think that somebody went back the day or so before this speech and took him to the future to show him what he had inspired, taking him back with a sadness that he died the night afterwards. It's almost like you can see it in his eyes when he states he's seen the promised land and he isn't afraid of any man, almost as if he's accepted his death already and is forced into it. Interesting, very interesting to say the least.

  • Amazing prophecy

  • Martin Luther King knew that so called African American, Latinos and native American are the real chosen people of the bible we going to the holy land when the son of god comes back my eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the lord

  • i have tears while hearing this speech Dr King was truly a great man of god

  • I love you !!!

  • he starts to predict his own death at 1:25

  • Love it, I want to do Gods will

  • Such a powerful, inspiring man that helped raise hope for people during a difficult time.

  • Jesus Lord, Bless America... please...

  • awesome! Just letting you know that in the derscription your wrote "Martian" Luther King. :)

  • Wow that's deep... Only a few men foretold their death... N even fewer men were able to coop with it

  • he was a good man, he understood joy. he loved us so much thats how we love him more then us. ( this is a coment from my 6 year old son)

  • He did not make it here with us but he made the way for us. Rest In Peace dear Dr. King. My our lifes as africans period be worthy of this sacrifice.

  • @Monieck ♥ He helped to change the world for us all.

  • One great brave man!

  • JuifViliant if I hadda chose between living in a communist state vs a country where you could treat minority like dogs....I'll get citizenship in a communist state hands down.

  • Thestoonkia I'm a white hood...come to Chicago and I'll show you what a dumbass you are

  • I am British but "Oh Man" Martin Luther King was a brilliant, brilliant man. I love to listen to this guys message. So powerful

  • He knew he was going to die. "I've BEEN to the mountain top":Meaning his time is over his peak will fall into decline, "Got DIFFICULT days ahead: Meaning dealing with his death. Dr King knew his days were numbered. He is the most inspirational American to me, and I'm not black, and I'm not American. May his dream live on eternally and may his soul rest in peace.

  • He's a visionary and a humanitarian all in one. His speech has the world of inspiration written all over it.

  • This is the King!!!!!!!!!!!!.Mey his sool rest in peace.Dou²

  • Happy Birthday Martin, wherever you are. May your memory live on in all of us. May even your dream come true. You have shown and given us so much and we thank you for that. You have shown us that we are not so different as we once thought. What's more some of us are recognizing how connected all things are in life and the differences we all can make if we are willing to stand up for it. You certainly did when you were here. Let us honor you by carrying on your dream.

    Thank you MLK and HB!

  • If someone was to ask me who I would like to have a conversation with living or dead who would it be Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Of course what a wonderful man he was

  • @fistingallahsniggers Lol I think Umad bro

  • Im not Black but this guy is a fucking Visonary,Icon,Probably one of the most peaceful guys of modern america

  • Excellent! just Excellent! What a contrast when you compare him to the African American leaders of today and President Obama.

What would Martin Luther King Say about today's leadership?? Are they dividing or are they bringing unity. For example, there has not been a greater divider than President Obama. What would Martin Luther King say?

  • @1notblind Secondly, the last two presidents we've had have divided the country, what does Obama have to do with it? And are you ignorant of the fact that a Senate and House or Representatives exist? We elect them as well.

  • Comment removed

  • @1notblind The show "The Boondocks" actually covered a 'what if' episode if Martin Luther King Jr. was cyrogenically frozen then unfrozen in our time.

  • Wow!!! What a Speech

  • You could see the fear and anxiety in his face.

He knew he was going to die for his beliefs but he carried on!

  • @Zuberi4 , I was thinking the same thing, his voice changed and nearly cracked!

  • @mizznini1015 I believe he knew he was going to die long before he made his last speech.

  • BY FAR ONE OF THE GREATEST SPEECHES EVER

  • whoever killed this man has no sense of freedom!

  • This speech is scary, it sounds as if he knew it was coming real soon :'-(

  • Makes me cry everytime I listen to it! "Mine eyes have seen the glory of the Lord" He died the day after. :(

  • Rest in peace.

  • 5 people dislike going to the mountaintop

  • ...excellent speaker....wise man....rest in peace, if you can...watching what's going on....

  • Comment removed

  • @arnoni11 maybe he could have taught you how to write, obviously you got the freedom of speech part down...now if someone could teach you some manners and respect you would be 1/10 the person MLK was!

  • Prophetic...courageous.

  • @fistingallahsniggers you as stupid fuck that talk shit when cant nobody see ur bitch ass!

  • I love the power in his voice!! @tessa_all fm

  • @tessafied I fully concur. The power of the Reverend Dr. Martin Lucifer Coon's voice sends a shiver up my spine. That "I have A Dream" speech in August 1963 defined a moment in history in a way that no other speech by no other man has ever done before or is likely ever to do again. Dr. Martin Lucifer Coon was an orator whose sublime skills will never be equalled. No other person in history, not Hitler, not JFK, not Gandhi, could deliver a speech as absorbing and gripping as Dr. Coon's 1963 speech.

  • @iLoveSmellyCunts u think being racist on a mlk video makes u look cool ? Ur a bitch seeking attention from U tube LLS. Go kill yourself nigga you lonely ass cracker smgdh How Pathetic do you hv to be? To want reactions from youtubers ? LLS well hope this was hateful enough for you whiteboy Kill your godamn self bitch boy

  • @TheDev2g so you let yourself fall to his level? do you feel like you are any better now? Don't worry about that guy.. he will atone to God when he is flat on his face begging for redemption and the foot of God. Then GOD will tell him plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoer!’.

I don't know if you are Christian but Dr. King would certainly agree with me.

    Mark 12:30-31

  • @urbanpsych0 LOl very funny, but I do appreciate what you were trying to say an do. Peaceful brother/sister

  • @fistingallahsniggers I love how you cowards love to voice your negative uncalled for remarks behind these fake avatars and crazy names...Thats very cowardly reveal yourself then talk that smack

  • We have come a long way as nation in the struggle for equality but still have a long way to go!!But like the old saying goes "You might not be where you want to be, but you have to be glad you are not where you was" The least we can do as a nation is give thanks to DR. Martin Luther King JR. for the role he played in this struggle! RIP.

  • respect.

  • JULIAN BRING ME HERE

  • oh hey Julian (completely irrelevant comment in this video)

  • Julian Casablancas sent me there.

  • @MrYib Well, he is a Reverend

  • Bit religious isn't he?

  • @MrYib For Dr. King, God is just another way of saying "truth" or "human destiny"

  • @MrYib Do you think he accomplished that on his own?

  • @CelebrityGamer not just die but they die violently :(

  • victor kim always likes the most badass things on youtube....this would be one of them

  • victor was here and im proud to be here too!

  • I wonder what he would have said if he knew he would die young and not live a long life but the fact that he will help with this cause

  • @shyshy13able I believe he was aware of the ultimate cost he would have to pay. This man is a great example of God's power and love. He truly laid down his life for such a great cause. HAPPY MLK DAY!! #thankful

  • Victor knows some good videos. :)

  • Victor was here

  • lol victorkim brought me here thanks victor

  • Tears just comes out from my eyes!

  • THE GREATEST SPEECH EVER GIVEN ON THIS EARTH.

  • Type "2PAC- Runnin (Dying To Live) (Instrumental)" in the search bar & play it with this video.

  • A man worthy of emulation and study.

  • he hit a grand slam in last at bat...thx mlk, we need more like you

  • R.I.P. Mr. King.Thank you for speaking the truth.

  • @235LBS I don't believe in hell or heaven. But I believe there is a place for people like you. You lead your life believing that people are unequal and that blacks are of 'lower rank' you are right that people are unequal, you, sir, are a disgusting, vile, pathetic excuse of a human being. What gives you the right to say such filth about fellow homo sapiens just because of their skin colour? It's people like you that this world is corrupt.

  • wow.. AMAZING speech

  • He knew he was dead already. That is a real man.

  • Attention all, do not reply to the comment below me. He just wants attention, let him burn in hell.

  • Han pasado tantos anos y sigue siendo siempre "el gran hombre bueno!"

  • Thank you Martin Luther King for what you did for me,

for I can't even force myself to see the difference in color between you and I.

Thank you, because of you I was able to have some really great friends growing up and last but not least and above all else thank you Lord God for your will, let it be done.

    God Bless everyone amen.

  • THANK YOU MLK BECAUSE OF YOU I AM ABLE TO HAVE MY GREAT FRIENDS THAT I HAVE TODAY

  • Well said.

  • Yeh know, there's a lot of things in the world that we fight for, and not all of them are things I can agree with. But to say that our country is now, has always been, and will always be filled with nothing but corruption, is untrue. From the voice of a young man who plans to serve his country in the military, people have asked me why i'd support a country in the state is in now. I say that no matter what we may be now, we are a country that bred men such as this, and people worth fighting for.

  • I would die for him thank you love from the U.S.A

  • 'i may not get there with you' - them words kill me everytime

  • I JUST WANNA DO GOD´s WILL

  • I HAVE BEEN TO THE MOUNTAIN TOP

  • I get chills watching this every single time.

  • I even started clapping when he was speaking. He's a powerful speaker.

  • This is the best version of this speech!!

  • technome, you are an idiot you speak with intelligence, but what you truly are a dumb ass looking for attention that you never recieved from your moma.... lol lol lol

  • He was an amazing man, none the less. Today's Black Society has done nothing incredible such as the one during the 60's. Todays Black Society use the rewards of great leaders such as MLK to justify certain things. Just like the White society. Its no longer a certain oppressed race. We the American society have been played. Each year we loose our freedoms for just a little more comfortability, just a little more safety. The new enemy is Terrorism and MUSLIMS. No longer the "black man".

  • This pussy just sounds like a whiney little bitch

  • @TheTechnoMe TheTechnoMe sounds like one to except hes a racist too

  • foolish people say foolish things!!! the only thing thats killing all people are the people that thrive off of hating other poeple do to the color of there skin!!!!! I feel sorry for those type of poeple because they are lost soles looking to belong to some cause or another . I will pray for you people. sincerly black in life but love all life,,,,,,,,

  • @TheTechnoMe haha..you don't even know. i kinda feel sorry for you.
