Hey! What's the redstone and levers for? And if you don't want tha water to flow past the slab, use stairs instead

The redstone can be used if you do not want to put the signs there. The redstone stops the water from flowing backwards. I included both, I like redstone better because signs are a pain to make.

No, but someone made a version that does. Try searching for it. It uses bouncing gravel to fling the items up.

One way? You mean like showed in this video? If you want it to go straight make sure there are blocks on each end, and to make sure mobs won't escape encase the top.

Ok, I'll make a tutorial. The redstone was there initially to make the water flow one direction, but then I figured out signs work just as well, and forgot to remove the redstone. The water pushes you into a half step, and since you still have a moving velocity, you are pushed into the second stream.
