Why is stop snitching a big deal in the hood?
Because so many people in the hood actually DEPEND on crime for money because unemployment is so high in the hood. With so many jobless Black males many become overly concentrated in street crimes to eat. Snitches intefer with this. The key to ending this stop snitching stuff is to increase legal job and business opportunities for males in the hood. Then few will see snitches a their problem. People with legal jobs don't worry about snitches.
