Are you kidding me? I find it very disappointing to see bands classified as as 'Christian' when most songs aren't specifically about religion. I'm not bashing MxPx, but I'm finding out that they are another band signed to either Tooth or Nail/Solidstate that are Christians in a band that aren't specifically a Christian band. That just makes me... argh.
But, again, I'm not bashing MxPx, they have a catchy sound (I've watched more videos then this and I know somewhat of their history).

Tooth and Nail is not really a Christian label...but more of a label that releases music for Christians...this meaning that the artists aren't singing about living a life that would be against Christ, and what He stands for.
Quite a few 70s artists had a good number of Religious songs, but didn't exclusively produce religious music. It's only recently that bands HAD to be one or the other.
MxPx is one of several bands that defies this growing polarization of the industry. I think MxPx doing this is a good thing.

mxpx have never claimed to be a christian band...never. they have stated that they are christians in a band...that's it.
if they are being classified as christian, then it's the website/record store/radio or where ever you are seeing this.
