As long as the sex was between consenting adults,and there are no complaints from any of the participants, he is totally in the clear. He did not break any law. In AP, the Raj Bhavan is indeed the home of the incumbent Governor. However, there are no legal or informal rules or understanding against a Governor indulging in sex with consenting adults within the privacy of his own bedroom. Judging the moral of this man through the media, based on a heavily doctored tape, is in my opinion is the real crime. The congress by forcing him to resign has in fact abandoned him in his hour of need instead of standing by him and allowing him due process.

Further, if my mother is still alive, then it is up to them how they handle it - she could divorce him. However, it will be their business and not my business to poke my nose in their affairs.. I've a theory. After watching whole video, we found three different points which are missing.
1) Tiwary was passive,doesn't show any sign of pleasure and looks like sleeping or not reacting at all
2) Videos has been taken care from all directions, seem like tiwary is completely unaware of cameras.
3) Tiwary is very close to central govt. and would have been in charge of the state if there has been a president rule.
