Oh yeah!!! The Sydney Olympics was a crowning moment for me the opening and closing ceremonies were the best that Australia could present to the world. I was so proud to be an Australian - probably for the first time ever.

Saw him live at the O2 in Newcastle (UK) a couple of weeks ago... First time I'd seen him live since way back in 1988... He really does get better with age! A brilliant gig... See him while you can!

The performance at the olimpic games was the first time I heard a song of jimmy barnes. Unfortunately he is not very established in germany. But for me this performance was the reason, that i wanted to know more about this great voice. Since this time I´m a big fan. Thanks for posting.

I dont remember Jimmy dropping the F bomb there (live on ABC TV), i remember he did it alot of other times, Steve Vizard show, anyone remember that???lol On this occasion i recall he performed Land of a Thousand Dances and Chain of Fools with a backing track with live vocals....sounded great!
