I just figured out Nunnally isn't dead

If you noticed in the episode there were 2 ships, not just 1, also when Sayoko went to save Nunnally she killed off the guards so there wasn't anyone but Sayoko and Nunnaly and that ship. So they might of already taken flight, And i think Rolo mistankened Nunnally's ship for Miss Romayer ship, because Miss Romayer is in the other ship.

There is some proof that she is alive :)

However, when she's thinking about leaving, Lelouch's last line becomes the key to express his true feelings to Kallen.
